We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.
Therefore, in using the site, you must agree to do your best to uphold these community guidelines.

2. Calcutta Uni students get an advantage in that they normally join a counsel and start with chamber practice during college days itself
Can you please explain?

If you are a general category candidate, the competition will be tough, but you can still hope to get into at least 1 of these 50 colleges. If you fail to, then you can think about niche management courses in fashion or hotel management colleges, or even an MBA at Jindal (you will at least have a shot at working for Jindal Steel).
If you want to start working immediately and stick to law, you can always join a lawyer's chamber. Another option is a politician-cum-lawyer. You can make good contacts. Depending on your ideology, you can work with BJP, Congress or AAP lawyers
Get off your high horse.
Anyway, the only T1 with a trade practice is Luthra, and haven't heard great things about them of late.
By this logic, are all first-year law students who ambitiously send their articles to SCOPUS journals are "censored" on an everyday basis.
And if someone is crying censorship over THIS, I wonder what credibility they have even otherwise...
But keep in mind that I have no experience with any other monitor either, so it is quite possible that other monitors have the same issue as well.
This monitor looks good on the table though.
Due diligence
Corruption valuations and handling
Grammatical and spelling errors
They can buy homes, raise their families, have affairs and raise second families - whatever they wanna do. I was talking about the expectation from the firm perspective.
It would be great if someone could give an elaborate answer. Thanks in advance!
If it's around 2-3k words then go for a blog like NLUJ criminal law blog, P39A (Best place but tough to get published), Proof of guilt among others.
If the word count is around 5k or above then look for NLU journals
Applied to all firms, got very few responses - all said will let you know. What should I do....Looking for internship in Nov/Dec. Help me out please
Disputes - Haha (depends on the number of interns and how the work is distributed)
As a fourth year non-NLU student, should I even expect the possibility of a PPO or are they a simp for only t1 nlu folks?
F is parked at 15.6 and A0 is parked at 17.4

That said, K&E is a tough firm to work at and has an intense focus on billables -- so good achievement to even survive there this long. that's all.

Unlike the other political parties, nepotism is not that rapant in BJP. However, there is still some tinch of it present. Once, you have impressed people with your work, you can move ahead in the ranks and hopefully join BJP.
I will not suggest getting in through contacts as the present leadership prefers people who have proven their worth over people who have taken a shortcut. All the best.
We have been researching and working on custom trained AI model specifically for judicial uses. It can help you all in summarizing cases, creating letters, etc, it can even pull up any references or insights from 5.4 million past Indian cases. Which means, you won't have to go to multiple sources to fetch some data. Before we go ahead with this, we wanted to verify that it's need actually exists.
Our ears are all open, you guys can suggest anything that can be done to simplify your life and work, and we will consider it.
Do give your opinion, thank you!
Note: I can verify this figure having seen the offer letter of someone from a T1 NLU. I can't make any claims as to whether they pay the same for hires from other colleges.
Most other T1 & T2 firms (including even Indus, Veritas, ICUL, Touchstone etc) will go at least 15 as base.
Congratulations to Sandipan and Kartik though! They're both excellent lawyers and its a great achievement by any stretch of imagination. Hope they do really well!!
She is excellent.

Anyhow, your options for entry in today's BJP are (i) belong to a family entrenched in the party/have enough money that you can buy your way in (generational wealth levels), or (ii) be a hoodlum dangai. This isn't the BJP from the days of Vajpayee or Jaitley or the likes.
Since you're asking the questions you are, (i) is clearly not an option for you. So, try going on social media and say the most hateful shit. Bonus points if you can do it in a slightly urbane manner - you may get their diversity quota.
Please list out law firms who may hire freshers in their policy teams.
Thanks!

Alternatively, consider a Junghans if you can save up for the equivalent of a PRX Auto.
That said, Longines and Omega really have beautiful pieces for women. The Longines Dolce Vita is just.. wow.
I mean like… you’ll see the same shit at campuses even today!!! 🥲 Only diff is perhaps in some of the brands ….
Me thinks campus fashions really need a reboot….
