Absolutely shameful. This college has taken sexual harassment very lightly. We all remember the incident a few years ago, where St Stephens, even banned in LUT from debates. A probe was supposedly ordered. What happened? Shame on the administration!!!
The admin then started making up NIRF stats and forgot about everything else.
Really shame on administration they never care for student in any of the matter they just care about their reputation and dignity this is HNLU .
Get in touch with a good lawyer, approach HC. If this is Delhi, I'd be willing to help pro bono.
Canโ€™t be. If it was, the facts wouldnโ€™t have mentioned that the university didnโ€™t have an ICC
Also the ICC has not been constituted according to the rules and I'm sure they don't care because they're the same people who blamed her and published her details with manipulated medical records.

And this is not the first time โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ has ignored something like this.
Isn't that great on the part of a company like JPMorgan to file a FIR where charge sheet got filed against the Accused?
The biggest tragedy is that students and alumni are unaffected by this series of incident. Only very very few speak for her. That's why this issue has stretched so long. And yes this is โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ.
This is appalling to say the least! Where are the so-called feminists? Wonโ€™t they come and raise their voice when it actually matters? Or is that pseudo-feminism only limited to being keyboard warriors on social media?
I am sorry to hear this but why isnโ€™t anyone here blaming the Police or State Government. If a woman is gang raped on road side and criminals are at large, isnโ€™t there complete failure of law and order. The fight should rise above university level.
Why the celebrated Indian judiciary is still not intervening in this matter?
