P.S.: I suppose you're a lawyer or a law student. It would have been better to see a well-reasoned rebuttal coming from you. However, your constant attack suggests that your mind works like an intolerant layman.
In general, the more 'isolated' a society is , the more exploitation. Calcutta bar is a closed group. You can get in , but not get out and continue to slog for little or no pay with no option to EXIT after a few years. In comparison, Delhi and Bombay Bar is a bit flexible and has better pay in average atleast after 2-3 years in a Chamber.
Calcutta MP HC Bar , Jharkhand Bar - These smaller states have very tight circle . Avoid if first generation .
However, don't leave your job. All competitive exams are uncertain and unemployment is on the rise. So if you leave a job and decide to come back it will be tougher & more frustrating. So best is to prepare with job and leave only when you have to start training at the Judicial academy.
Get your head out of your ass
Do you ever feel like a plastic bag
Drifting through the wind, wanting to start again?
Do you ever feel, feel so paper thin
Like a house of cards, one blow from cavin' in?
Do you ever feel already buried deep?
Six feet under screams, but no one seems to hear a thing
Do you know that there's still a chance for you?
'Cause there's a spark in you
You just gotta ignite the light
And let it shine
Just own the night
Like the Fourth of July
'Cause baby, you're a firework
Come on, show 'em what you're worth
Make 'em go, "Oh, oh, oh"
As you shoot across the sky
Baby, you're a firework
Come on, let your colors burst
Make 'em go, "Oh, oh, oh"
You're gonna leave 'em all in awe, awe, awe
You don't have to feel like a waste of space
You're original, cannot be replaced
If you only knew what the future holds
After a hurricane comes a rainbow
Maybe a reason why all the doors are closed
So you could open one that leads you to the perfect road
Like a lightning bolt, your heart will glow
And when it's time, you'll know
You just gotta ignite the light
And let it shine
Just own the night
Like the Fourth of July
'Cause baby, you're a firework
Come on, show 'em what you're worth
Make 'em go, "Oh, oh, oh"
As you shoot across the sky
Baby, you're a firework
Come on, let your colors burst
Make 'em go, "Oh, oh, oh"
You're gonna leave 'em all in awe, awe, awe
Boom, boom, boom
Even brighter than the moon, moon, moon
It's always been inside of you, you, you
And now it's time to let it through
'Cause baby, you're a firework
Come on, show 'em what you're worth
Make 'em go, "Oh, oh, oh"
As you shoot across the sky
Baby, you're a firework
Come on, let your colors burst
Make 'em go, "Oh, oh, oh"
You're gonna leave 'em all in awe, awe, awe
Boom, boom, boom
Even brighter than the moon, moon, moon
Boom, boom, boom
Even brighter than the moon, moon, moon

LAW FIRMS PARTNERS ALSO FALL IN THIS LIST.
Now we can keep this whole male-female privilege debate for some other time but here I'm trying to target the subjectivity of this issue and try to address this on a practical level. How so we boys organically progress in our endeavours effectively as it's evident now face value only works in case of girls .Your comments would be highly appreciated and even more the avoidance of snide and woke jibes.
Thans you
I'm not going to say everything is hanky dory in Kashmir but to compare it to Gaza just shows your stupidity.
As for China, there is no genocide in xinjiang, west simultaneously accused china of ethnic cleansing and forced labour, how are they doing both?
I'll accept that there are re-education camps but that's because US tried to break China the same way they did USSR, which is by instilling rebellion and growing terrorism in Central Asia.
US started accusing China of genocide exactly at the time when it started challenging US supremacy.
Iβm wondering if looking for looking for direct assessments in other places might be a better idea or whether I should explore other options in law? But youβre right this would be the ideal situation.
Understand that if theres one common thing among all ug clat toppers- its that they are really ambitious. They want the best jobs and the best LLMs and they want the best everything. the competition is cut throat. And when theyre working that hard- and they see you dragging the university standards down because you want time to study for the judiciary instead- youre just at cross purposes.
plenty of llb students then go on to do llm from the same institution- they dont lose respect with their juniors. You just have to be prepared for contributing to the nlu project than simply taking away from it.
For the college fees, you can opt for an educational loan which comes at around 11% pa and no collateral would be needed. Even for the personal loan of 120000 (54k+66k) you would not require a collateral.
In my research, these 3 requisites were common among all the reliable alternatives:
1.Any alternate source of income
2.CIBIL score of the guarantee
3.A consistent source of income proof of the guarantee
You should take note that if you belong to one of the T-1 NLUs, chances are that you would get a concession on the interest charged.
But i feel if you can kiss ass he would be a good partner. He was smart but not as smart as he thinks he is.
Also try to find out why he βleftβ CAM.
Don't you care? Don't you even bother? Thousands of children and women have been killed, and that is not even an issue for you? Is it purely a religious question? Sorry to say, but is it completely okay if someone bomb your house and kill your entire family? Shame!
Kindly advise the different ways in which I can finance my life till I start working.
Like any guidance is appreciated. If you know someone or if you are someone who has a loan, pls give me the deets if possible (bank, scheme name, interest etc.)
I need to finance my life until I start working. I am hoping (and there's a good chance) that I get a PPO by end of June 2024 or a job offer through placements by Jul/Aug 2024. I live in a residential college.
Here are the list of things I need to finance:
1. College Fee - 2.7L
2. Two months in Mumbai
3. Living and Misc Expenses - 3,000 * 18 months (assuming I start working from July 2025)
The 3,000 figure is meant to include all incidental expenses as well as to have a reserve corpus.
Thanks in advance
All internships going to jindal. 82 in khaitan only. How about other law school

Entrepreneurship in India is still fairly new and there just aren't enough innovations happening
To be quite honest, it was a calculated guess from my side. I would elaborate on how I made the following guess so that it doesn't make anyone paranoid about their IP being disclosed.
1. The comment just above him, which ACTUALLY answered the query got no traction, while the comment that was solely intended to target and disregard the question at hand got such a positive response, which seemed off to me.
2. While the first point may have been speculation, the upcoming point convinced me.
As Mods, we're enabled to see a series of 3 randomized emojis that denote a certain IP that is not disclosed to anyone, and even those randomized emojis get refreshed every 24-48 hours. The comment had a reply under it that said "Lol yeah." supposing itself as a concurring opinion with the guy who wrote the original comment, but in reality it was the same person, which had the same 3 randomized series of emojis denoting the same encrypted IP. This ultimately translates to him seeking validation for his comment. Hence, I made the following assertion.
I had to answer in full depth so as not to leave the wrong impression since the IP revelation is rightfully a sensitive topic. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask ;)
The whole process is better explained here: https://www.legallyindia.com/convos/topic/295300-is-legally-india-truly-anonymous#comment-295578
Reading in the train or Cityflow when there's no work or work can be done after reaching the office.
Maine to comment bhi nahi Kiya π
Not looking for a big-shot lawyer because hardly any learning happens for an intern there. The goal is to find a good mentor and learn as much as possible.
Please, suggest only if you actually know. Don't take names which are popular on Instagram or LinkedIn blindly.
2. As a member and fellow moderator of the platform, I do not feel SUPERIOR to anyone, be it someone from 'tier-3 NLU or lower', so I don't understand the point made. I've always upheld the stance that acing CLAT doesn't translate into one being a better lawyer.
3. Rather than targeting, you should've instead presented your points on why SLSP is a better choice. Given the circumstances and the financial aspect, it makes no sense to burn an extra 4 lakhs for arguably the same experience when he/she might take CLAT next year.
4. You shouldn't be so petty as to inflate your upvotes by refreshing the page. Grow up :)
Heard Saraf and Partners are opening Kolkata office too?
How is the market for Corporate lawyers and growth opportunity, deal size? An A3, working tier 2 firm in delhi looking for opportunities in Kolkata.
Damn, can we have corporate presence in Raj and MP as wellπͺπ
Thank you.
Will from now on just focus on prep.
2. I specifically expressed my disapproval at the cancellation, which means the boycotting. If you get a second's break from your raving and ranting, you may try to actually read the comment before responding to it. I have also stated clearly that since this individual was not in charge of the Israeli policy making, therefore it does not make any sense to attack him.
She was in the penthouse of the registered office where he forced himself on her. And no she doesnt need to present evidence, the prosecution must. Well, the police practically.
This is the BKC Police which refused to register the Rape FIR and she had to approach the Bombay HC for it. Sure the officers will be very enthusiastic to not receive bribes from the billionaire accused and do its duty.
Once there is acquittal, you will come back and say that 75 percent rape cases result in acquittal and hence they are false, without knowing what happens in courts.
And yes while FIR does not prove guilt, it cannot be inferred otherwise as well. For the High court to direct an FIR, there must be SOMETHING to prove that a cognisable offence of rape occurred. Ofcourse, as happens with people with money, hardly anything will progress from here. But please dont make such shit comments without knowledge.
