We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

yes, if you look and work towards looking a certain way. Like shave all your body and face hair. Be chubby. Do not be muscular. (I have gyno so that helps lol). Shape your eyebrows. Use some makeup (not over the board). Have a little messy hair. Walk around...
There will be bound to be advances. If you are truly gay, you know how to catch the look. Most (99%) men (and women) are bisexual to a degree, but there is a lot of stigma around the fact, especially seniors.
But just engage in conversation and there will be subtle hints "do you want to discuss over coffee at (away from office)". "I live in this place and what about you". "I feel so lonely after my (someone) left me...etc personal details." Then pop the question.
Have recently gone on dates with multiple PAs and Partners which almost always......you know
- I am a guy (P at T1)
Dont know if it was true or not and never bothered to ask around. Was just too disgusted with the possibility of this rumour being true.
For power and money you need to work for years and years and maybe you will get it.
For beauty a good surgeon and a trainer will do.
