We know that being in an anonymous space adds complexity. People share things in good faith, and community testimony absolutely matters. But sometimes, especially when topics get heated or political, we also have to think about how quickly misinformation can spread, sometimes unintentionally. So “contested” is our way of saying: this might be valid, but we need more to go on.
And you're right, our sources aren’t perfect. That’s why we don’t delete the content outright unless it’s provably false. “Contested” is more like a sticky note saying, "hey, double-check this before you go ahead with this."
You would have no other choice but to do corporate, any other profession would not allow you to repay this loan.
You may feel that you will do well in college BUT what if you just could not? And godforbid by the time you graduate there aren't just enough high-paying jobs?
Committing to such a loan would burn more bridges then creating. Hence, I would strongly suggest, settle for a lower NLU. NUALS has got a Rhoades scholar, RMLNLU rocks the public service examinations, NLUO has performed really well in recent years, CNLU also has a good record in judicial services examination, MNLU-N has got a freaking course for judiciary. Explore your options wisely, you can also consider taking a partial drop while taking admission where you can and re-attempt next year, this might save you 50 lacs. Also, don't try too hard for AILET, it's a longshot for anyone. You've way better odds at CLAT with a good preparation.
Also don't be too fixated on your sectional performances like you've mentioned that you hoped to score in all sectionals, it simply doesn't make sense. Keep yourself adaptable to what the paper requires. Furthermore, avoid fixation on getting a tier-1 NLU, your avenues doesn't close at any of the other NLUs. Best of luck man!

Is the thought of judiciary being fulfilling too idealistic? Does one simply do judiciary because it was their best shot or offered the most comfortable life or is it something more than that, rather something sacrificial in nature?
Is that what we've become? Robotic cogs ensuring that our selfish desires are fulfilled even if we've a position to possibly be the change?
Or even the discussion itself is pointless and it is just as another position and you're merely obligated to get your job done? Just a thought, what does the community think?
And yes, a proper system although gives space to all sides but equally restricts each of them as well.
To answer your question in brief: I don't think that a moderator has the authority to impose his/her political ideology while doing his job, hence it should not play a role in moderator selection.
