also, shabbier jobs payback with interest in the longer run. Karma catches up. Or so we'd like to believe - sometimes it doesnt if your daddy knows people in the profession.

I am wondering if I'll move to a Tier 1 firm, what could be my salary expectations and work timings?

This article states that she was about to get debarred by the administration. How insensitive hnlu is man?
This link has stated "It also came to light that owing to certain developments on campus, the deceased was intimated about being debarred from appearing for an exam."
The case is still under investigation though and can't say if this was the reason behind suicide with surety but please if anyone else has been intimated about a similar thing or is being harassed by the admin please speak out. Your life matters.
Placement scene in these year was terrible, so no placements . Got a job in a firm on my own . The practice area is quite aligned but there isn't not much work .Though, I am gradually picking up, but still growth is slow. Also, WFO isn't helping also since have to live a rented space in a new city.
Pay is not that great either but as compared to my unemployed peers, i'm doing pretty well. I'm applying at several other places as well but almost same payscale. Also, tier - firms aren't hiring non-nlu freshers so that isn't a choice.
Have some family issues so can't leave an earning opportunity as well and prepare for Govt exams or LLM (altheast for an year). What should I do?
But yes shocker of a move! Hila diya market ko! Something major must have happened. Anyone has deets?
one knows why and how things happen, the other just knows what
One correction tho - the guy you are talking about was in the Singapore office last year or something like that. He changed firms and is now residing in London. Check LinkedIn.
Now with chandrachudโs support NLS has the potential to become the first truly national law university of India
Also when I said that an IIM A should do fine, it was purely out of financial concerns. I'm not actually comparing M7 with Indian B Schools. Also the main question I don't think is answered here is:
Is OP doing an MBA purely for the money bracket, and if yes, a money bracket with respect to where? From my understanding, if OP intended to settle outside India, the choices would have become way easier. While it is true that global has the potential to become local any day, it is also true that the packages that are bagged by IIM ABC grads are mostly top-notch with very little wiggle room (pardon me if there are instances that prove otherwise. Not aware of the same). In this light, IIM A just makes more sense economically.
Komal's innovation team should speak to these guys perhaps
Honestly, if I knew that I would get the same opps after graduation then I would have chose DU over NLS. Now, I'll have to repay my student loans.
Oha nd Btw , the fees of NLUs have skyrocketed , whereas the Returns is actually plummeting at these NLUS, so yeah , I don't see a harm in people having second thoughts about investing their hard earned money .
