1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.

I am wondering if I'll move to a Tier 1 firm, what could be my salary expectations and work timings?
Gen Corp - then NO. Your life is kind of decent. Most gen corp teams leave office at 8.30. But work after reaching home. So you being completely free is good.
You might find a good partner / team, but hours wonβt change. The flexibility and peace of mind you have - wonβt be compensated by big firm money. Unless you really want the extra money or really want to have that Tier 1 badge, donβt apply because then youβll have to forget you have a life.
Stick with it
