GLC's fee is approx. 12k per year. If you factor in the living cost, it is a much better ROI compared to NMIMS along with a mile head placement committee and freedom to intern.
Thank you!
Lender tracking is again a tracker for the lenders of the issuing company and the agreements with them. For example, if you require any NOC from lenders, etc.

An SA and A1 got into Trilegal.
And this will continue, itโs really good launhpad.
Please recommend a laptop for an A1 (budget of 90,000). Though I'm very used to the touch screen, I dont mind giving it a miss for superior performance.
I have no doubts that HNLU is a great place. My reasons for choosing RGNUL were personal and not based on the metrics that other people pushed down my throat even then, just as they're doing now. I decided based on HNLU's remoteness, its stifling administration, its significant reservation, RGNUL's infrastructure (which is much better than almost every other nlu, including HNLU's which I have visited), and RGNUL's proximity to Delhi and the hills of Himachal and Uttarakhand (which I explored fully).
No matter what you choose, you won't go wrong as long as you keep doing things without being stagnant. All the best.
RW sites and tweeple: Just an ego clash with Navika, thatโs all. May also have been poached by Adani to head NDTV, thus boosting Modi.
Now that HNLU's revival actually looks possible, it may be worthwhile to remember that HNLU was never supposed to have a track record similar to the newer/"lower" NLUs. It was actually established around the same time as GNLU! And GNLU has run off with the other top NLUs to a massively better track record of placements, faculty, and reputation. Similarly, it was established just 5 years after Nalsar, and actually 5 years BEFORE NLUD, too!
Again, don't get me wrong - getting 40 something offers is a good revival for a college that has had an abysmal record off late, but I hope that people recognise that with a batch size of almost 170, this is just not where it should be.
WLB?
Pay?
Fresher hiring?
student suggested logos should be made, better looking maybe thatways?
Now, although this practice area is monotonous, laborious, clerical and mundane - the client facing exposure is immense and having blue chip investment bankers as your go-to client/buddy helps a lot when getting referrals/ entry into conferences, 5 stars and what not.
Further, rising the ranks is comparitively easier since this practice is not so crowded because of a myriad of reasons:
1) Having juniors going abroad for LLMs and lateral hirings.
2) Having juniors switching teams because of inability to cope with this practice area (yes burnouts are very very very common in this space).
3) Having principals and partners joining the IB teams as compliance/ legal heads - that are the law firm's go-to clients (this is quite rare but observed in some instances).
While the money is kind of lesser at the partner levels as compared to tier 1 M&A and International Arbitration teams, please rethink your choice before jazzing with ECM & DCM offer documents - 18 hours a day, your entire life.
Tread with caution and care, see you'll soon. Cheers!
OUT: T-shirts, D&G, Mango, Zara
Hopefully, the RCC will be able to get us internships in the next break
1) I hear martians landed in NLUD yesterday and offered 5 recruitment opportunities, but because it cannot be put into NIRF the university declined the offer
2) Jo Biden is visiting NLUD when he gives retrun visits to India, however, the university declined as it would mean disruption in the academic schedule
3) NLUD has invited Newton and Einstein and Dr. House to come and be visiting professors. Newton accepted but Einstein declined but his name has been put on the NIRF list.
How I miss Onion!!

Oh hell no. That's never gonna happen.
Student performance is a wide range of activities to deal with. Be specific. Having followed achievements of both places for a few years now, thereโs nothing that NLUD students havenโt matched up to against the older NLUs, whether itโs moots, publications or final graduate outcomes.
Academically, NLUD is more rigorous and thatโs primarily what an aspiring law student aims for. If one wants to merely party and have a chill life, might as well go for places like SLS or JGLS.
As far as placements go, NUJS is merely ahead in absolute numbers since it has a larger batch size and has an older legacy. I donโt think it will keep sustaining the same way with increased intake for some new BSc LLB.
And we do have quite a budding litigation scene where many people voluntarily opt for it despite high batch ranks and other opportunities.
As far as OP is concerned, NLUD would be the right choice. As a comment mentioned, NLUD still doesnโt have a domicile quote either.
I'm also starting off at a boutique firm soon.
P.S. I think I've seen you around in some of the IP specific threads on LI.
For instance I know this arrogant prick from WBNUJS ending up with nothing. He used to bully other colleges and even more hate them because they didnโt crack a competitive exam like clat. Turns out they got decent placements and he ended up with literally nothing but a tier2 job after much struggle. Itโs not about karma or stuff like that. Just read a book , be positive , congratulate the guy/girl for being content with their mediocre choice and move on. This is life
Just my personal opinion though.
^ and this is coming from an employer.
This is such a first world problem.
I worked in my first firm for around 3 years, with the second one for around 2 years, and for a very brief period with the third and fourth one. All small law firms.
I have this issue of not understanding things in the first reading. I take time. But I do deliver.
None of my previous employers were happy with me, except the first one. In fact, in the fourth one, I was asked to leave.
I struggle daily. I struggle to focus, read, comprehend, remember, and recall. My communication skills become zero in front of others. But when I talk to myself, I can talk okaish.
I am trying to look for jobs, not getting interview calls now. I know my shit. I know my cv. But I still end up blabbering before the interviewers.
I do have an offer from an in-house but I fear that they will kick me out soon. Will I live like this always? Will I always live in fear that I will become jobless?
Guys, please suggest me how do I overcome this. I don't want to remain unemployed and unproductive. I don't want to be a financial burden for my family. I want to work. I want to live a dignified life. I am willing to work hard, I do work hard but I am not sure where my "hard work" is going?

LinkedIn shows all the alumni bagging lucrative jobs in MNCs and Law firms. Even, SBI lists IICA as Grade A - So collateral free and low-interest loans through SBI Scholar Scheme.
I wonder why the course has not picked up pace 4 years after its inception.
I personally intend to join this course after 2 years. Hopefully, we should get more information by then.
