Is it poosible to switcg practice area from cap marks to disputes after 2 years of work experience
I think he asked the opposite. He wants to switch to disputes.
The moderator messed up with the title of the thread and it seems the other way round. I wish to switch from capital markets to disputes
It is not an "easy" area to get in for heavens sake. It is one of the most laborious, difficult and mind numbing area which is not everyone's cup of tea.
Most general students go for general corporate, while the fancy ones pursue niche practices.
Why has Capital Markets become an elite lobby full of NLUO and NALSAR grads?
Because NLUO kids are not smart enough to make it to M&A/Banking/Disputes where the smarties usually get placed.
Hmm. Maybe the mass LLB producer NLS is not getting enough bait!
