It seems to be a good and growing practice area. I want to explore more in this area. Can any one suggest some firms where I may stand a chance.
Ik the big names like Tri, CAM, NDA, Indus, Bharucha, ikigai, KCO, Spiceroute etc. are out of league currently (no prior exp+ no publications in TMT). Even better if you could suggest firms which provide online internship, since as far as I am aware only KCo Kolkata has a TMT team which is again out of my league.
Any leads would be much appreciated. Thank you.
In PhD, if you write a decent dissertation your supervisor will plagiarise it.
In LL.M, if you teach well your course will be removed from the list of compulsory courses.
In B.A.,LL.B Honours, if you teach well the university will impose multi-sectional teaching coordination. The powers that be prefer hiring their stooges.

Aditya Sondhi was also recommended but name was blocked by current Govt.
So it is an organic process which is bound to continue as more graduates establish themselves in the profession.
While it is true for GC, the placement prospects for people opting for disputes has been dismal this year. I am from T1 NLU and some of my brightest batchmates with excellent CVs had to struggle on Day Z just because Disputes was their non-negotiable preference. You can verify this from NLS, NALSAR, NUJS folks. There are simply too many people going for Disputes these days and there is relatively less attrition in Disputes compared to GC. So, if you are seeking a PPO or better prospects on Day Z, go for a safer option like GC.
Congrats to NLUD as well. Thought LI was dead. One of my pals told me that the website is back with decent moderation. I woke up to some good news.
Places more half the people sitting for placements. The batch eligible for placements is big 240+360. People opt for Judiciary, Litigation, UPSC, MPSE, Academia, CA, CS. Total people sitting for Zero Day are 160-180, of which at least 25 get offers from Tier 1 Firms i.e. Trilegal, AZB, SAM, CAM. KCo isnโt inivited because of some issues it caused during previous placements. Argus, Saraf, Luthra arenโt invited because of the Pay Discrimination, they however are invited for Day 1 Placements. Most students get placed during Day 1 and many secure PPOs from their internships. Average Package would be 7-8 LPA.
Faculty to Students ratio is very poor and the quality of faculty is worse. A few visiting professors are great, but students get by through self study. This lack is compensated by being able to intern for 8-10 months a year.
If you are thinking of GLC to NLUs life is tougher than all of them, nothing is given on platter, not even the placements. The Placement Cell is student run and the students work hard without any help from admin. Same goes for all the committees, their events are often sponsored by Law Firms who are run by Alumni. If you are willing to put in the efforts GLC could prove to be a better decision compared to certain NLUs.
IMO you can pick GLC if you donโt manage to get NLS, NALSAR, NLUD, NUJS, NLUJ, NLIU, GNLU. It can be considered at par to HNLU. After these ones you can either reattempt CLAT/AILET or pick GLC, SLSP, Jindal (Difficult Placements, but excellent Faculty and LLM prospects).
If you have any queries feel free to ask.
Also GLC has nonexistent Hostel and Senior Junior mentorship Scene and Campus Life. If that is important you can still consider NLUO, RGNUL, RML.
Also can you share the TOI link please?

I was mocked on the forum for saying so, but I will say it again: by 2030 the top 5 NLUs by student presence will firmly be the following, and this will eventually reflect in placements.
1. NLSIU
2. NLUD
3. GNLU
4. NALSAR
5. NUJS
NLS is 1st rung, Nalsar in between

Ayan Gupta has won from NLU Delhi
Aparna Chandra, TS Somasekhar, Raag Yadav, Nigam, Mrinal Satish, Rahul Singh in no particular order. These are just few of the names. Honestly, it's very hard to list all of them. There are others who are not that good in teaching but have excellent credentials.
This gives NLU Delhi the edge and seems like itโs on its way to establish itself as the third favourite after NLS and Nalsar.
Congrats GNLU as well who will join the fight between Nujs and NLUJ.
All in good faith and spirit, I am happy the Tier-1 NLUs still and will dominate Rhodes. CLAT matters. Really happy guys.
This is a very good development because it shows that the collegium is now looking into appointing NLU alumni (who are mostly non-nepo kids) as judges. They will bring a lot of value than the current lot of judges. The only concern I have is that other NLUs like NALSAR should also be considered. NLSIU should not become a coterie like Stephen's/DU or GLC has become. Also, the trend of appointing NLU alumni judges must continue after Chandrachud retires. We can't again go back to the Stephen's/DU and GLC nepo kids coterie.
P.S. I can confirm that Gopal Shanks is NOT one of the four names. He will anyway need to lie low for a bit, after his name was needlessly smeared because of a stupid fight over a Rottweiler by two megalomaniacs.

Sir sir pls sir, it is ailet not US LSAT
The team per se is very cold w each other. Very little scope of having a comfortable space, everyone is on their own high horse thinking they are too important to speak each other.
Tier 2 : SAM, Indus, Spice Route, BTG Legal
Tier 3: CAM, Khaitan, AZB, Kocchar, Obhan
Tier 4: Anand & Anand, TMT Law
Then do anything/everything else.
I did this later than I should have, do not make the same mistake.
I went on to gift an IPhone to my mother and a huge TV to my grandmother too, but do the two things stayed hereinabove before anything else.
It ultimately boils down to how confident you are internally. The most expensive watch on the planet would add no value to you if you aren't internally confident. Similarly, confidence that radiates internally does not need flashiness in terms of external material.

Despite his best efforts to put the tough questions, and paint Hamas as above board, Thapar failed miserably!

No wonder people keep saying, 20s are lonely years. I would much rather prefer to live at my hometown with my parents and family, if only that town had any jobs :(

Thatโs how you know sheโs not the victim of sexism. Sheโs infact cloaking herself in her gender to escape accountability for just being a bad teacher.
Do you really want to take a stance that women cannot be expected to professionally communicate information in classrooms ?
