NLU Jodhpur finished as finalist against the University of California at the 18^th Stetson International moot world rounds in Florida, as Nalsar Hyderabad meanwhile broke into the 55^th Philip C Jessup’s top 16 at Washington DC.

Authoritative sources have confirmed that Nalsar Hyderabad is the only Indian team remaining in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.

The first Oxford India Moot was expected to become a prestigious new event in India’s busy mooting calendar. Instead, it ended with participants relieved at the end of the “torture”, in the words of one.

A statement from Oxford University said that it was “urgently investigating” the participants’ allegations of disorganisation and an assault that allegedly took place over the weekend at the alumni-organised Oxford India Moot.
