They recently got into SME IPOs, their first one was Drone Destination which was a drone pilot education company and it was ab absolute blockbuster after listing- it’s trading 3x higher today 8 months down the line compared to issue price
Narnolia has since then done a bunch of IPOs this year, all have listed with significant gains
The SME IPO market is rocking right now
Given the speed at which it’s getting oversubscribed and given the GMP it should list at a big gain
Let me add today's experience.
So, I went to my state university today to pick my chutya younger bhai. On our way back, that little pesky monkey asked me for coconut water. We stopped near a street vendor Thela.
Price was ₹50 for one. We got two for ourselves. During the day, I had already posted above panipuriwala comment. Now, I asked coconut water wala vendor about his sales. He replied "50-60 coconut per day" during winter & monsoon and "100-200 coconuts " during summer.
Just now I also met my fiance (She is doing her PG in orthopedic) . Me and her went to this street momo vendor. He is actually occupying a space in front of a small departmental store . The momo vendor occupies about 800-1000 sq ft of street space . Along with steamed momos , he also sells full range of chinese food , tandoori momos , kurkure momos and variety of pasta. I asked him if he pays rent for the space he is occupying to owner of departmental store.
Here's the shocking reply "Ha , ₹27,000"
I was very surprised when he told me that. I told him that he is paying a lot of rent. He told me that the departmental store owner allows his customer to sit and use tables which momo-vendor has placed inside departmentsl store. The vendor also uses refriegderator of departmentsl store guy. So he is paying ₹27,000 .
Imagine, ₹27000 is his rent. He is also paying 2-3 other cooks and other expenses. If he is monthly expenses is so much, then I guess his earning must be upwards of 1L per month (gross) on tough months and 1.25L (net) on easy months.
Also, I never meant menial sales or marketing jobs, I was talking about hardcore finance and strategy roles that require high-caliber reasoning and mental aptitude, which sadly most MBA grads don't get into. Same goes for Tech jobs too since Coding>back-end support.

They are local firms tying up with Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore based national law firms. Because chennai is not a city where biglaw thrives.
Khaitan Chennai is basically Assentio Legal a Chennai firm who tied up or merged with Khaitan.
I don't think they pay same salaries as Khaitan in Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi.

Why consulting is most sought after investment banking because it has great exit opportunities. Bole toh Uber CEO is ex McKinsey etc. You can enter almost any field from govt to startups to tech companies after a front end consulting role in MBB, especially McKinsey & BCG. All top Bankers, who's who are ex McKinsey.
And you will have a network all across the world. And someone will know someone who could help you out. Hence, people desire MBB firms.
This is not just about Trilateral but a larger issue on student participation and student-led events
Not just those our consti law prof insisted we read through seervai! And fam law you needed to read Maine as well! Our jurisprudence / ios professor made us read original texts in Hart and dworkin and raz and fuller. It was just the done thing.
You don’t have to read it all in one sitting - you work through the material module by module week by week.
The fact that you think this is some lie or unbelievable makes me really worry for you young kids - what are they teaching you and what are you reading in law school?
Kaha se lagega? Raja babu ki taarif jo kar di hai.
Haldiram can't beat him in SC.
So be like Sarish.
Every year almost every associate and partner gets bonus but every year the support staff nothing.
I could see the disappointed faces of the staff somewhere in these smiling faces on the trip.
So I decided to leave this company as soon as possible.
Company Agenda:-
Associate and partners - Trips + Bonus = Profit
Supporting Staff - Trips + Bonus = Useless
The main motive is to save as much money as possible and pour it into the messiah's masterplan.
Thoughts??
On top of all these, the admin does not fund or provide any kind of exemptions for moots, negos, sporting events etc. This place is hell, it just wants you to sit in front of your laptop and do "Academic work".
There are a lot of other things, the list is very very long. The student body will probably not do anything because they have elected (forced to elect) to ▮▮▮ ▮▮▮. The SC has probably not passed a single resolution after their election. Any controversy that happens on campus, the first reaction from them is, "Please keep SBA out of this".
I have made the mistake of choosing this place and I am stuck here for a few more years (I don't really have a choice) but please save yourself and don't come here
There's a reason why young graduates are turning to foodpreneur. Its good business. Its not that stressful like Law or MBA or MBBS .
In short, you can !
2. Pay attention to people. You never know what a random conversation or time spent with someone will lead to. People can sense genuine interest and care and will respond to you accordingly.
3. Focus on publications and moots only if they tickle your brain. If you find it dull and want to get into this space from a job perspective, don’t. We do not care about the publications or moots a law student has
