Good point. NLU LLB people mock LLM people, but the moment an LLM grad does anything good they claim him/her as one of their own. Recently, a student of NLSIU MLB (which is a correspondence course with zero campus participation) came on Shark Tank and they claimed credit for him too, LOL.

Considering that the pre is scheduled on 16 June, could anyone suggest a good crash course for RJS? I mainly need it for case laws, mock tests, and Hindi. Thoughts on preparing through bear Acts, manually finding case laws, and only purchasing mock tests are also welcomed. I will be, at least, spending 10 hours per day with short breaks.

- Higher income tax slabs

- Further 20% wealth tax on top of income tax on super rich like Adani, Ambani, Jindal etc

- Inheritance tax. When passing on your house to children the children should pay a tax on it.

All these measures are constitutional. These measures alone can raise up to 10 lakh crores per year at least. Then Rs 10 lakh can be distributed to 1 crore poor families from SC/ST/OBC/Muslim communities every year.

People from NLUJ are making headlines everywhere. They just won SICTA today and had won the moots of NALSAR, NLIU, freaking Vis East, Quarter-Finalists at Stetson and Vis Vienna, Semi-Finalists at Oxford Price Moot and also they’ve won various other accolades in ADR as well, all within the span of last 1-2 months or so.

I mean how did they manage to win everything they lay their hands upon? Is it the case because of change in administration and relaxation of academic rigour or is it something else? It’s honestly insane the heights NLUJ is reaching after Prof. Harpreet Kaur has taken over the charge.

He created the link 4 years ago and was my super senior when I joined TNNLU. Anyway, I understand that not all books are owned by him, but it is notable to know who put in the hard work to compile, which helped so many non-NLU students and even students without subscriptions to many books.

All pursuing 5-year BBA-LLB (H) and BA-LLB (H) with an overall aggregate score of 75% (= CGPA of 8 / 10) or above are eligible for direct admission to Ph.D. programs. This makes Ph.D. programs more attractive though it reduces the importance of LLM programs even further.

Did full justice to his law degree and judgeship!

Hi everyone, I am final year law student, studying in a decent private law college in Mumbai. I have done 5-6 T2-T3 internships in my area of interest (Gencorp) and have received decent reviews in most of these internships. Now, as I moving towards the completion of the course, I am not sure what to do now.

Is it advisable to do internship for 2-3 months at a place where u are not even sure that if there is even any vacancy or should I do one-one month internships? Please help, I have a lot of family responsibilities and I need a decent job before I graduate.

I personally think people are going out of point here! First and foremost the question is does the 3 year llb programme is worth it or not ? And the question of that answer is let the first batch graduate then only one can conclude how it it. Secondly people are already holding a degree and coming here to study law mind that, so do not under any circumstances treat or think of them being an undergrad cuz they are not! They have ample amount experience. And they are getting 3 years for law which was also traditionally the case in India . I do personally think that the fees should be less though.
