Just read things more carefully, one word at a time. Read everything line by line. Find in the companies act or on Google terms that you do not understand. But make sure you understand every line individually. Eventually you will get the hang of it.
Not even the most petty NLUD hater would place NLUJ and GNLU over Delhi. Not a single person chooses those 2 over NLUD.
Why do you want a car at all? Aren't Ola and Uber enough?
Apply to Naik Naik, they are always looking for people and have high attrition rates!Stick around till you find something meaningful. Reach out to Partners directly - email IDs available on their websites.
You have flunked every exam society threw at you since age 18, so you love to talk down on anyone who has actually achieved something in life.
Honestly, if you really thought that's the name of the practice area, it would be in your best interests not to pursue it.
I am sure OP didnt mean a senior by designation, rather by practice and prestige
Wtf. People have time to gossip about useless topics and not one can contribute to a meaningful thread. Goddamit.
JSA isn't Tier 1 yet. While AZB's comp practice is the largest one after SAM. They have around 7 partners to run the show.
Yes, they do give work related to it but mostly research oriented.
Which all are the firms hiring for Cap marks batch of 2025?
It would be really helpful.
Greetings dinglings,

I have a domicile certification from Karnataka, my father migrated to Karnataka from Andhra Pradesh. My caste falls under OBC in Karnataka but in Andhra Pradesh its a forward caste. Would I be able to obtain the OBC caste certificate?.
Children of politicians, industrialists, Bollywood stars... what about law firm owners/Senior Advocates or their kids?
How difficult is CFA and any possibility that we can do the same with law firm job when your boss wants you to be in office on Saturday
NLUD eats all these for breakfast. Stop bullshitting yourself.
Yes, felt a bit of the same. What was your sense? Was it because of the questions or something else?
How’s the work culture at Trilegal Bangalore? Is it tough to get into their M&A and employment teams?
I would personally suggest to take a year off and prep well. Don't take Amity, never heard a good thing about them also don't take any nmims of you're not getting mumbai everywhere else is just a sham
On top of which, pay sounds bit too good to be true. Anonymity of the advertiser doesn't help all that much either.
same I would like to know any criticism of the mentioned unis
You've done your bit kid. Nothing is in your hands at this point. The process will sort itself out. Focus on your boards and do well. No point worrying about this till the final resolution.
Rgnul is the best of the bunch., though it is plagued with it’s own issues. Cnlu and hpnlu is a no go
Yes! Absolutely! So much nonsense is posted on it, that nobody takes it seriously! That will be what saves it! The anonymity obviously helps.
The tax verticals only at Bombay and other locations, or trilegal as a whole ?
What is the point of having a Rhodes Scholar + oxford DPhil graduate, one of the best qualified and most brainy legal academics in India, in a responsible position within this testing agency, if the same bullshit keeps happening? How rotten is our legal education system?
Hi Folks,

I have read on LI that Trilgeal is usually bit slow while rolling out PPOs, but I have come accross people who have had their interviews scheduled within 3 weeks of internship ending. Has Trilegal started to roll out PPOs quickly this time around?
Will you please elaborate what does this even mean " If you can't join the dots then you shall never know good music."?
At partner levels, which one is better in terms of work life balance and pay - cm or bnf (especially finance/transactions)?
Is there any? SM is both DT and IDT, HS is only DT. Not sure there's now anyone doing only IDT.
for people, when they roam around with hot people they feel they will be valued more. all want to do it but only attractive people attract other attractive people so others cope
It's one of the most attractive fields atm what are you saying
An open and well known policy in this firm. Hire plenty freshers, 50% fire by probation end period, at end of the year retain only top 4-5 across firm.

Start the same thing again. They have a consultant who preaches this at an already no-ethics place.
For 2027 batch, which firms (of any tier) or companies or chambers have started giving assessment internships?

please provide company/law firm/chamber name and how much they pay
Seeking advice and recommended places to work in for a person transitioning from a corporate role to a role in litigation in Delhi! What places should I look and what should I keep in mind during the switch?
Thank you very much for your kind words! It was very sweet of you and I totally understand the reality of busy practices. Would you still suggest a few firms I could start out at, to gain some experience?
Not great. How was it for you? I feel that interviews are already pre decided.
It is going to be difficult..if you are directly thinking to get in any tier 1
WG seems to have a smallinsh team which does good media work
it better to save than to cry later for an overprized thing which amount to nothing
it is designed only for executive work at senior management roles or business owner not for small service providers
Hey guys! So I've been offered an assessment internship at Sai Krishna & Associates at their bangalore office. Can anyone lmk if the assessments generally get converted to Associate roles? Also any idea on the salary? Any tips are welcome!

TIA :)
no g no one is hiring,

everyone is hiring but no one is hiring
is there any firm that is hiring freshers for their TMT verticle? , if not how do i get clients as a fresher and build my own TMT practice, because i cant just sit and wait for things to happen.
apologies, this is based on the limited dataset I have. on revaluation, you're right I think – 4.3-4.4 is probs a better range. however, im pretty sure on the 'good' and 'top' GPA claims
Hey guys, could someone who has interned there previously share a review of the work culture, salary and the PPO opportunities?
Hi, could you all please give an honest feedback about work culture and the people at the competition teams across Tier 1s - mainly CAM, SAM, KCO, JSA etc.
Hello Folks, what is the scope for Environmental Law? Thoughts please
I know one of the partners, he himself would not recommend anybody to work there
There is something about misspellings that seems to draw out useless fools — like moth to a flame — into making snide and equally useless comments instead of offering a decent answer in good faith. Then again, what more can one expect from such fools?
It would be nice if any of the good folks who have downvoted this comment can elaborate on their criticism. The comment itself may be blunt but that is not a valid reason to downvote it.
How is the disputes team? Which is the best team in bengaluru office? Is it a good idea to do an internship in disputes team if i want to eventually land a job in corporate team?
What does working at his office look like- work culture, nature of work, salary, work hours, kind of maters?
UK is barrelling into the abyss, and these clowns are still talking about Roads scholarship.
Ascendus Law Partners. Primarily does VC, PE and M&A. They opened i think some 2 years back.
How is Lex Favios for someone interested in general corporate and M & A? Do they give work to interns?
BITS has never placed anyone and is ridiculously costly so no, Amity is well Amity.

Nmims is not fancy either but the best of these options by a country mile.
been hearing that the entire team is leaving the noida office, can anyone confirm? i have an internship with them in april, what happens in this scenario?
Work hard. But if you can't secure admission in the lower NLUs, it's unlikely you'll make it to Jamia either.

Most (not all) of my peers, including myself, had made it to some NLUs but ultimately ended up here for some reason or other.

Good luck!
all of you using your first year GPAs/single trimester GPAs please be fr lmao
I would lean towards agreeing but only when the people are new. Once you get to know them, you simply weed out the uninteresting ones, doesn’t matter the looks. But in the beginning you do seem to gravitate towards the good looking ones. It’s just nature I guess.
why don't you look to shift to Tax teams in firms instead? genuinely curious. Would that not be easier?
I want decent pay otherwise would sit at home. So no dmd
Why resort to ad hominem, you slime? Respond to the comment on merits, go on and deny that Messiah's CGPA was 3.5. Do it, at least lie with courage? What is this slimey behaviour?
I am in 5th year and considering judiciary prep. most of the judiciary kids are going for rahul's but 2 years to complete and 3 lakhs is just beyond me. but the selection numbers make me have second thoughts.
Can you guys guide me?
