Reeba is super. But unfortunately, the rest of the team has an insane amount of politics- the names are there to see, and they control the narrative. That is where the issue arises.

Recruitment is independent and so is the office. Most hiring is through PPOs or laterally. Difficult to get a position in their corporate team but great opportunity if you can make it.
