There are some of the queries off the top of my head. Apologies if they seem a tad trivial. Thanks for your time.
2. Yes, mine had Poonam Pradhan Saxena in it for instance. Not sure if she's involved at NLSIU in some visiting capacity at present though.
3. Not really, though I was asked questions from the subjects that I have taught.
4. Around 40 minutes.
5. It was fairly standard. Some of the questions didn't make any sense and it was clear that the people asking them didn't know much about the subject themselves. However, nobody was openly hostile or sarcastic or anything of the sort.
6. I was told that they would pay 7th CPC and some additional incentives for indexed publications, along with some contributory allowance for children's education.
Overall, I did expect the quality of the interview to be better, given the names involved. However, it was not bad considering my experience at some of the other NLUs.

5) Reasonable, fair - yes. The questions were sharp enough to test subject expertise. The challenge was more around the interview format and time. You cannot really prepare for the questions, but they were not technical pointed questions but broadly around the subjects.

Don't think these are trivial questions at all.
Regarding pedagogies, I do not think they are set in stone and they differ based on the subject and your audience.
I have never see any panel where only one person ask questions out of 10. It is highly unusual and create suspicion towards the process. Anyhow, I probably wouldn’t be joining even if get selected.
