We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Work culture is fine. Not too toxic nor too nice.
I'm a 2023 Grad
The title is pretty self-explanatory.
If you have any clue of vacancies for A0 positions in Gen Corp teams at Law firms around Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore, it would be a huge help.
Thanks :)

Paise chahiye to kaam bhi karo.
and somehow that is my fault, wow, way to victim blame
Second of all it is not a permanent UT and statehood will be restored in foreseeable future except Ladakh. The stance of govt has always been clear. You would have known it if you weren't a part of victimization. Transition periods require time. This is what happens when there is a knowledge deficit due to selective understanding, reading and ignorance.
Your "card" may lead you to doors of Rhodes or Ivy leagues but alas your propoganda will always hover around you. Grow up mate.
You're completely right about the BCI part, of course.
We will need bit more information than that to give any advice. Toxic is a very vague word and can mean lot of things. If you can describe your issues without giving away your identity or being too specific, we could help.
Any insights would be super helpful!
Gandhi had said that you can judge the greatness of a civilisation by the way it treats its animals. Sorry to say, but by this metric NLUJ students (and other NLU dog-hating students) are brutes.
Thanks in advance.
This thread can assist you and solve some of your queries.
Even after repeated student body interventions, the might of the VC reigns
The guards are serial ▮▮▮ and daily tell boys and girls to go to their hostels and study instead of walking on campus.
Forgot you exist. Hello :)
London or Mumbai?
Kashmiri pandits have been time and again killed at the hands of these terrorists from a specific community. Your question and concern on restoring Kashmiri pandits in the valley is same like the Hitler speaking about the welfare for Jews. As far as elections go, it is a UT for now and in India we have a asymmetrical federalism so it will be restored when there's a right time (Read news relating to SC proceedings on art 370 from trusted sources not your WhatsApp groups disseminating propoganda).
Keep up
Honestly, I'm getting tired and burnt out already. Thinking of wrapping up 6 months PQE and then try and switch. Will it work?
New juniors coming in to the profession from law school are finding it unbearable to fit into the system and with such pathetic conditions, we shouldn't be expecting them to fit in either, its gross. While a lot of the points enumerated above are systemic of the stage of capitalism we are presently in, a lot can still be salvaged by making a push for basic level changes such as fix working hours, larger teams with better balance and pay etc. This may be wishful thinking, but is required.
Comments?
Dude they say that half knowledge is dangerous and if that is coming from a Propoganda University then it's a disaster. Candidly, I can't say that you should take a refund because you might be having a lifetime free subscription of that UNIVERSITY.
Do say hi to them and let them know your appreciation https://www.legallyindia.com/convos/topic/277179-say-hello-to-our-new-li-moderator-overlords
Any technical issues or other faults, are most likely ours and not theirs.
The announcement will have to pertain to something which can be done through a Bill, rather than a constitutional amendment. UCC or Universal Income is my bet.
Is it worth it? Any chances for PPO. Also do they provide stipend during internship ?
We are happy to remove the ‘contested’ tag once we receive concrete information (this may be in any form possible be it authentic links or reports) from your side which can corroborate the conclusion.
