We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

I have started to outrightly reject every such request except juniors from my college.
Please kids only send requests if you need some very specific help/guidance and no I cannot get you the internship, I don’t even know the process of how to refer someone for internship.
Hara na sako to fake case me fasa do.
If yes,
-How can one apply?
-What are the works given to interns?
-Is it worth it?
You are in a law school and not Kindergarten anymore. Grow up! There’s no place for the likes of you in GNlU or any other law school.
(-:
1. Work culture
2. Pay
3. Growth aspects
4. Internship and PPO policies
You might also consider NLS BLR, or NLS IJLT.
Could anyone who has any idea about the same, elucidate a little and provide some real life experiences of the above?
If you admit that the allegations are not true, who tf are u to make claims on a public platform and defame the ex judges? Ayodhya was decided on merits, don't politicize everything. If you find it wrong, file a review petition. Don't sit on ur bed and write shit on these platforms
T1 corp A1 here, but i've always wondered as well.
To answer the question. 35k around. But will not recommend, they don't have work.
Bhai kings college ka exchange nls rank 1 ko bhi nahi milta aur na hi president ka reference, its all hypothetical.
Dude if you like tech, do tech, study engineering or something and do tech or coding, tech law is not exclusively practiced as there isn't much work. It's clubbed as tmt
Like is there anything more we should focus on based on the competition team of the following firms:
Trilegal
AZB
Thanks
Obviously there are a few who are genuinely just looking for a respectable white collar career (but what are they really even doing at T1 firms, they will plateau if they don't hustle up/shift to investment banking or PE).
Have many projects really been lost by H?? Did he at all have a chance at getting them? What makes him superior to the Jindals or the Goenkas?
Also, aren’t opposition politicians also close to Adani??
What's wrong? I am only asking for a housekeeping job
Also, what about shifting prospects from that firm?
Having studied in a convent school, when I was searching for colleges, I used to hear from people that “Christ University” is extremely strict, they don’t allow this and that etc etc. (I didn’t attend Christ)
But later I realised for people who have not studied in convent schools and who are not used the system of strict discipline, this can be very shocking change. I ended up joining a separate college, and the culture there was extremely distressing for me because the environment was so laid back, people would often behave in whatever way they felt. Also, that sense of purpose, of willingness to succeed, the interest in actually dissecting, analysing and reading law - not for the sake of marks or a job - but to really delve into the law - that we often missing. I’m not saying people who are not from convent schools can’t do this, but generally I’ve seen convert schooling does help.
I know this may sound elitist for lot of folks. But from a law firm perspective, which law firms are known to attract convent school graduates who have grown up trained in a certain way and cherish their school values and history even now.
Just to clarify my point - if you take 2 equally meritorious candidates and send them to 2 different firms/ teams, due to their particular team dynamics and team working style, one may flourish while other may end up having a nervous breakdown.
It’s not always about merit, it’s also about the environment you’re in. A strict senior can also create a nurturing environment, but there are some places which end up ruining people’s career.
From the response you have given, it is clear you have been lucky to not have been part of such toxic teams. I hope it stays that way.
Tier 1: NLS Bangalore
Tier 2: Nalsar/ Nlu Delhi/ Nujs Kolkata
Tier 3: NLIU/ nlu jodhpur/ gnlu
Tier 4: HNLU/ RML/ Nuals/rgnul/mnlu mumbai
Rest all NLUs useless. No faculty. No jobs. No good internship. No respect.
Prefer Jindal if you can afford or symbiosis Pune or GLC/ DU.
Or, better do a BA/ bcom then study MBA for good career
1. It's not a national institute like IITB
2. The Maharashtra govt needlessly opened MNLU in Nagpur and Aurangabad, which is sucking up funding that could have gone to the original MNLU,
3. State govt apathy (whether Congress or NCP or Sena)
4. Bad VC, faculty and admin appointees.
The only answer is to #NationaliseNLUs.
So just boycott classes and go on strike.

NALSA also allowed for Self ID in part. Socially gender has always been assigned based on sex.
Is specialising further in this area a good idea? What are my options?
