We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

I posted it on LinkedIn in an moderated Economics group. 38,000 impressions, 250+ likes. Similarly, I wrote a company profile. No interest. Tweeted it. 5000 impressions + a lot of profile visits.
The objective, in the end, is to not get dishearted or feel worthless if publication A, or company B doesn't accept you, and continue hammering your views. Eg will be Amish Agarwal and J Sai Deepak. I am sure there are better legal minds than them, but, aam janta likes them. Amish in one of his reels says, he is a 3rd gen lawyer, still gets 75% of his clients from people who watch his reels.
Woh kya likhega apne CV me? I am a lawyer and I make reels?
No. he is making himself heard.
Anyway, I agree with you. He/she should try publishing there, but, do this too.
BUT. You will most likely have to buy-out your notice period.
I went on to make the stupidest decision of my life and chose Law for some reason. It was around 2017 and I never knew software would boom to this extent in Bangalore (My Hometown)
These so called Lordships have zero merit and sense, they occupy the chair because they are related to someone who used to be part of collegium and they will appoint similar people. They are disconnected with people.
Even Europeans who they try to copy aren't that Admant about something like this but the fragile ego of our own Brown Sahebs can't take it.
What is one supposed to do? Die of thirst?
Interrupt the court asking for permission to drink water?
The misfortune of our country is these judges spend most of the time trying to flex their power instead of trying to reform the justice system
The legitimate site itself operated post 3:30 PM, hence needing the use of the above dummy link.
Is there any other alternate site which can be used?

Meri waali bolti thi agar tere ghar chota hoga tab bhi karlungi tujhe se shaadi par trauma dekar bhaag gayi.

This is what works FOR ME and what I want in my relationship.
Yes sir, litigation is hard. But I want to tell you corp ain't easy either. Obvs litigation is 100 times harder. Law as a whole field is not for the faint hearted. Maybe you can try building multiple sources of income. Start with small time trading, small businesses, etc. It's not easy. My respect for you is manifold. Feel better sir. I wish you the very best.
I'm surprised because as far as I've seen the seniors in my college, all tier-1 firms hire for the period from when a person would've completed 3rd year, i.e., after 6th sem. I had observed this in the tier-1 interns from different colleges as well. Was I wrong about the post-6th sem thing or did these girls just get in through contacts? Pls lmk if there's any standing policy. Thanks!
The arrogance with which this statement has been made, without even realising that it applies to MBA grads as well. I mean there has been an oversupply of MBA grads for a long time now. More than 5000 colleges offer MBA programmes and in 2021 alone there were more than 4L+ people who enrolled in them.
Good that you chose MBA, because looks like you don't how to build a good enough argument in the first place. Kya vakeel banega re tu?
Do they only hire for their corporate team?
What can I expect from the interview?
How can I prepare for the interview?
Mid range: Zara, Mango and H&M also do great heels. I like their designs the best because of how sleek and smart they look however, they’re not the best in terms of comfort and durability. Range is 3k-5k.
Higher end: Aldo, Charles and Keith and Steve Madden. C&K is personal favourite, they’re smart comfy

NLU kids participle in too much moots, ADR, internships etc which doesn't make any sense for Judicial Exams preparation. Also local college students are good at local language than NLU kids.
NLU kids, Symbiosis and Jindal - local kids will beat you in Judiciary. While we are unable to get good jobs especially corporate ones in big cities.
Judicial exams preparation is all about rote learning.
Since local college don't have the privilege of corporate jobs. We work hard from 4th Year. We learn stuff by heart for Judicial Exams.
And Judiciary only tests how much you have memorized.
Your internship at DY Chandrachud's chamber, Trilegal or Vidhi doesn't make sense.
Your speaking skills, research skills also doesn't matter. Because it's all about memorization and writing answers.
Sorry but the reality - we have a massive advantage here.
Pls do tell how to secure ppo there during internship any tips would be a great help.
2. Rest
As for a corpus, people in tier 2 metropolis can safely retire if they have saved up 7-8cr (provided that they are single).
I knew about a certain team in Mumbai that has high attrition rate and did not want to apply for that team. Turns out the vacancy was in that team only and she forwarded my CV and then told me about the team. Now I cannot reapply in SAM for some cooling off period.

Some more new words in Woke Bhasha…
So, irrespective of university, course, age, gender or background, currently who are the top 10 law professors of India ? As in who are the experts that will help take legal education forward ? Who are the present day DD Basu, Chimni, etc.
P.S. Only criteria is they must be teaching in India. Since foreign ones unfortunately will not contribute directly to the Indian education system.
2. You need a lottery, business, generational wealth or market invest income that will get you an early retirement.
3. What are you going to do for the rest of your life ?
4. Inflation will eat you up without a job.
5. What if you go bankrupt?
6. Salaries are like monthly free aid. That would no longer exist.
7. Your life will be miserable.
