2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

It is easier when the girl feel she is the one who wanted to move on all along but just didn't realise it at the time.
All the best! In the future, do not 'commit' to a colleague and do not hook up with a colleague without going into these Ifs and Buts.
18 lakh = 5 assessment interns milked to the max = 45-50
Now tell me whether this is cost cutting measure or not? ☠️

Continued worship at the site indicates that the hindu side never relinquished its claim to the demolished temple. The Ayodhya judgment gave the site to the hindus because - 1. Archaeological evidence of a temple pre-dating the 'mosque'; and, 2. The evidence of continued worship at the site of the 'mosque'. Taken together it established, on a balance of probabilities, that a temple existed and the worshippers never relinquished their right to the temple, that is, the legal right over the site always resided with the deity irrespective of the structure over the site.
Now, at Gyanvapi the hindus have historically prayed at one of the original walls of the temple only because they could not access the present structure, this inability is the subject matter of the legal dispute. The district court ordered a survey to establish the status of the structure. If there is archaeological evidence that there once stood a temple and that there has been continued worship, then the site was never a mosque. Again, this is subject to the ability of the parties to adduce evidence.
Why bother? It doesn't matter what you think, for millions of believers that site holds great religious significance which cannot be 'relocated to an alternate site'. If they can establish the requisites applied in the Ayodhya judgment, they have every right to advance their claim and change the status quo. They don't 'need a new structure', they only want their original site back which they have always claimed as their own.
can think of UPES instead
I would personally suggest that you don't use blogs to understand the law on white-collar crime honestly. They are pretty good if you want to know more about a particular point of law or issue but not that great if you want to systematically learn a subject since that is usually not the point of blogs.
What all Acts and Provisions should I cover before joining for intern work?
What is the type of work that's usually provided in transactions team and how to do it on a way acceptable by Indian law firms?
Could you explain this point in context of environmental law ? Just curious
Avoid CAM KCO AZB
Also, these days students are expected to participate in various moots, write research papers, etc which is not easy to fit in 2 pages unlike how it was a few years ago. Imo the 2 page CV doesn't work anymore.
They always showed how long hours they put in office (cuz they have no life), unnecessarily make advisories and transactions overcomplicated to the point that no one could understand what they want to achieve (even clients started to complain).
Not heard anything specific except that it’s bad. Have zero people I can speak to about CAM.
How is the Mumbai office? Gen corp/M&A teams?
Is it just crazy hours or difficult people as well? How about weekends? Lots of work ?
Also, if I remember correctly, if you came from a humanities background, you would only be asked for a preference between BA and BSW. Has this changed, assuming such a change is possible to begin with?
My 10 rupees? If you're in 3rd year or below, try working at smaller firms and gauging how the work is done. That way you will gain more confidence.
If you're in 4th year or above, pull up your socks, man.
Or maybe you focus on your work and earn merit rather than whining?
Just saying!@
Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks!
What a cutie
I understand the legalities of this. But, you can't the change the mechanism of the social systems that exist in villages. The law has not been very successful despite its coming into existence for over a decade now. See it's my observation only. I can't do anything against it except for marrying someone of proper age.
I had a T1 partner in Noida whose wife works in London, so his weekends would be free.
I think he worked on Sunday evenings.
He would call me to give work, review my work on Sunday afternoons around 4pm, even when it is not urgent and would call me to discuss as if it is a normal working day.
Did not make any sense to me till I realised his wife does not live with him. That is also a factor.
2. You either end up at these places because of the massive privilege you have or when by stroke of luck and hardwork, your stars simply align.
3. If you have to ask then most likely it's already late or it's highly unlikely that your stars will align.
Else, Fort area is nearby and has sufficient places to stay.
How's the pay, work quality, and how are their transactions?
Thinking whether this can be challenged itself, lol. Imagine a person working as construction worker/casual worker who usually gets paid daily wages in the process of their 'employment' (which is usually of transitory/fleeting in nature). Definitely the difference between 'internship' and 'employee' kicks in, and also the Minimum Wages Act/Labour Codes for the latter. It's kind of funny, though. If I have a small business or probably even a shop (unorganised sector), and I hire someone for the casual work, I shall pay the person for the services rendered for any number of days, even I find the person unsuitable for the work after sometime.
Because it's a moral norm, right. FREE LABOUR WILL EVERYTIME BE LOOKED DOWN & EVEN CALLED OUT IF I ACT OTHERWISE. Probably, the person itself would challenge me, if I denied the payment.
How do the people at Ethos (specifically) and many others (who don't pay stipend), who are placed at high echelons of the legal profession (which at least have traits of formal/organised sector), have the audacity to openly say that they don't offer stipend and still there would be likes on their LinkedIn posts, and they don't get banished?
Someone, please also clear my doubt whether I shall be counted in organised sector/unorganised, if I work in law profession (assume in law firm/law chamber as retainer)?
Itna punyavaan hota, to direct satya yug mein janam leta
On non working Saturdays she would ask me to make a list of dates and events by Monday Morning of lieterally all the docuements that we receievd from the Client just the previous night.

It’s obvious from the wording that:
- The girl was feeling the pressure to make her parents happy
-She was conditioned by society, as perhaps were her parents, into believing that IIT is the be all and end all.
- ▮▮▮
Herein lies the problem. ▮▮
Chacha, this is not 1950s international law.
Is there an upper limit beyond which they would discard the CV because it's too long?
As an aspirant I really need a picture of what I am signing up for
If someone is being frank enough and reducing my hassle of digging into whether or not they give stipend, I would say no harm is done.
