Jokes apart NLS must strive and it indeed deserves to break into top 100 law schools globally.
Assuming the information is true, doesn't it mean that the pass mark for semester exams in NLUs is less than 50% ? So how much is it actually?
Students please reply along with name of your respective NLUs.

Tok the case. Told the client will guide on the legal aspects and to let me think about the fixing one.
Talked with my senior he said he will get back.
In the main time got in touch with a broker who claims to have jack with Sebi officers and he's also told that he will get back to me. But, this guy seems very shady.
So waiting rn.
Anyone can explain what is going on
What does this mean?

A senior colleague sleeping around with an intern (regardless of the gender of both the parties) must be condemned since it has the potential for abuse of power.
You have every right to criticize OP for implying that the girl sleeps around, although calling someone "promiscuous" isn't really slut shaming - it felt like a statement justifying the incongruence that OP feels. How I read that was "she is making this out to be a relationship while also sleeping around with other guys".
This is the sort of uneducated and kneejerk woke-ism that I just cannot comprehend.
And as for tolerable it really depends on the associate and his/her mood.
We all know the truth irrespective of being so call unbiased or irrational.
If you do not be believe please send a day with any CA in ant GST office any you will see bitter reality.
The project started as a 3 member team to a 9 member team once we unraveled the depth of the whole project.
My CV - T1 & T2 law firms, a good GPA, moots, and publications.
Btw, which year?
If you can't draft a CV on your own and need to pay 2k-10k to career gurus such as Ashna jain, Legal Recruiters, Rawat Sammanika from YLCC, etc then my friend you're in the wrong profession.

Tier 2: CBFL, CBCL, IRCCL
It was one of the very big reasons why many of my classmates chose NLUJ over WBNUJS.
Bath everyday.
Main a confident yet humble attitude.
after that if they give you substantive work, you can always read up on the specific rules or acts
to look professional - be on time, always say thank you, smile, and do not guess, if you do not know something be open about it, say that you would need to brush up and would give a definite answer in sometime, make sure you follow up, hold the door for all etc.

there is no relationship between 'virile' and incel except maybe that incels do like to think of themselves as virile and entitled to sex
How should I maximize this opportunity?

However keep in mind that:
- IB reimbursement is unreliable (bonuses across big bank this year were absolutely ghastly, which sadly make up 70% of their component)
- it's as stressful and demanding as a law firm job if not more
- you're expected to sell more than sit back and produce. You're under pressure of "originating business" and would still be expected to be on time with deliverables.
IMHO, it's worse off than law firms job as pay difference is not that crazy. Law Firm advisory has relatively higher margins than IB fees.

Your experience of a law clerk can vary massively depending on the judge you work for.
I'm not a PA2 on track to be RP with not a regret in the world. Try it kids, it's fantastic.
You need to completed the stipulated courses every trimester.
If you play your cards right with the optional couses you can submit your coursework early and leave a few weeks early. I did that But that's about it.
SEBI isn't that easy to fix.
You will most likely get fucked over by this.
Enjoy for the first couple of years and then start working from the third year onwards.
I personally enjoyed my college time a lot, and so I wouldn't have done this in the hindsight, but if you are only focused on counsel practice then this is probably the most effective path.
2. If you wish to join litigation including your father's practice, then it makes sense for you to stay near him and choose Symbi.
3. NUJS will also offer you multiple other kinds of career option and higher studies and alum and faculty support if you haven't yet made up your mind about what to do after graduation. Symbi will require you to mostly figure those out all by yourself.
4. The faculty and research culture are still much better at NUJS at present.
5. Kolkata as a city is obviously better than Pune to spend 5 years in, though the proximity to your home may negate that.
I have got nothing against Symbi and in fact recommend it as the best private university option if students fail to crack the top 6 NLUs.
BUT again in last year RGNUL did provide a much better performance in terms of Corp law coming to their campus. The students just need to hold the consistency properly.
If not the top 5/6, then SLSP>GLC>JGLS>ILS.
Either she willl file a rape case (false promise of marriage or some other crap) / sexual harassment case before the cops. Or she will atleast file a sexual harassment case before your companies HR. Women don't take rejection easily.
Either way you are the looser. Her name won't even come to light.

After this you must prefer GNLU.
As you have already selected GNLU, you must stick to it.
However, what about the other Partners he usually works with? NK, MS, etc?
Any views on them?
