Real test is working six days a week, at a place where nobody interacts much except for work-related conversations. Added to that is mundane infra work. I can't imagine a life worse than this.
Not really. One ends up being around the same set of people for 10+ hours. It's imperative that the equation is fun and healthy

no freedom of speech but otherwise great work and decent seniors. Too controlling at times but if u r okay with that then no issues
