I bought LLM for very reasonable price.
Notwithstanding the presence of divergent viewpoints and professional friction, it remains an environment characterized by adaptability, flexibility, and opportunities.
Drawing from personal experience, I attest to the enriching nature of my time spent within its confines.
Peace, and yes anonymous platforms are the last place on earth to get real feedbacks.
Their only requirement is that the article has to be most exhaustive on a given topic, not AI generated or plagiarised content, no long intros that blabber on - dive direct to the point
And they pay you if you submit such content
That’s the real dream…
2. Majority of people with a 5 year LLB from top 5 don't join academia, it's usually the LLM and PhD students from the same university who are interested, yet are treated as 3rd class citizens.
3. Students who work hard will continue to do so despite the faculty level. It's the non compliant students that need to be addressed. Also the free grades/grade inflation needs to be stopped.
What is T1 private law school? I was already fed up with T1 Nlu t2 t3 NLU now even others have tiers? I do get that there is differential treatment, but it starts from us actively mentioning all of this. Please lets not complicate this.
The answer: CV me kuch hai to padhlo obvs + basics of contracts+ CPC (res judicata, sub judice jaise topics) + Arb and Con Act s 9,11,17,34,36. For a third year it should be more than enough I think
A better alternative would be to intern at NGOs - PCGT, Navjyoti Foundation, CRY, Legal Aid Clinic [of your college] etc. You can find more by checking profiles on Linkedin.
But yes also, there is a chamber in GK1 which takes many many interns. SnP had a good amount, made some friends there. L&L Delhi will have quite a few. So does Indus (maybe)
Panag and Babu, Wadhwa Law Offices and B&P will be a nightmare for you, only one intern mostly.

1. Most faculty do PR including sharing the content prepared by the PR team. They do similar PR by approaching foreign scholars and recommending their names for global ranking survey purposes.
2. Your maths skills need work, especially addition. In any case, 10% best proven how? Using what metric? 60% good? Any faculty would contest that. I have taken classes there and the reality is far from what you claim. Only a handful of students display any regular and consistent desire to learn. Maybe 10% of any class.
3. Really? Most of the debarred candidates ended up giving exams after admin intervention. That's an open secret. Any disciplinary action taken against influential students result into the faculty being pressurised by the admin to reconsider. Phonecalls start coming from 'influential' sources. Students collude to give bad feedback against faculty who try to impose discipline. Teachers are recorded in class without their consent and certain clips leaked without context on social media. People's increments and appraisal get affected.
4. Not when admin gets to decide faculty's appraisal, promotion, salary scale and even the job security. Case in point, Raj's immediate censorship of the faculty email about salary disparity.
This proves what we already knew - that state universities deteriorate very quickly.
"The Delhi High Court has some very good judges, but some very FEW very good judges."
"Whose Constitution is under threat? The Constitution of India or the Constitution of certain political parties?"
"India has transitioned from an English-speaking, public school culture to sons of the soil running the country....India has to be run by Indians. People respect us now because they see India being run by Indians."
"Show me one country in the world where judges appoint judges. Show me one authority, one sociological research which says that if judges don't appoint judges the independence of the judiciary is compromised."

It’s not worth spending your 12 hours there. There are better places out there, but you need to figure it to our
You start with 20-30 and in your 1st year you talk to everyone, and each year natural selection takes out some folks till you’re down to 2-3 friends only.
Relax! It’s okay
One of the charges against Shk Shahjahan (and I have no love for him/his party) has been rape/aggravated rape of a number of women of Sandeshkhali. If that became the snowball for his arrest, why shouldn't LC face arrest or at least serious police investigation.
It is the conduct of an otherwise overzealous KP that surprises me. What is the "setting"?
There are strong murmurs that NUJS is likely to go the MNLU Nagpur way. The Associate Professor who lodged SH complaint against the VC says that she was victimized for exposing the parlous state of NUJS finances; discrepancies in how admin staff have been hired recently, including the VC appointing his nephew as his pvt secy; mismanagement of UGC funds (yet again); starting the ill-conceived BSc LLB (Hons) that has been hemorrhaging the univ finances; and lot of "creative accounting".
Legally India, then fronted by Kian, was the only one who had extensively reported on this NALSAR Inquiry Report.
NLU Assam suffered and when his eviction was a certainty, Tauji helped him at MNLU Nagpur where Santra folks rule. This time as well this matter will be hushed up and this VC will get an "honourable" exit.
It is for MNLU Nagpur students, faculty and admin staff members to keep their eye on the ball and ensure that this VC is not only exposed but also his ecosystem of corruption et al is uprooted. That would send a strong message to his successor whether from NLU or TLC (false categories anyway)
SJA at NUJS pressured Lord Taluk into doing that. Even before that SJA smartly applied RTI for exposing several discrepancies that PIB and Co were brushing under the carpet.
After NKC took over, SJA imploded and the advantages gained were lost. Hopefully the current SJA will start the difficult journey of getting out of the morass.
"As long as you avoid saving more than 50% of your income in your bank account, which will be conclusive evidence of you faking your return, you will never have a problem.
Whatever your gross receipts are - say 4L per month. Do not save more than 1.9L per month in your own bank account / securities account / any savings that can be traced back with your PAN. Always prefer cash for your spends."
I'm personally very happy pay to premium for the girl or guy who can get the work done quickly, effectively and with the right quality - and when I am as practising, i would often charge premium for getting a transaction done faster (and basis client satisfaction). Not sure why more folks don't try.
60% class in JGLS good quality students. 10% are the best in the country. compare with any law school. Why focus on bottom 20%.
Students fail courses. 500+ students were debarred on attendance grounds sometime back. There is zero interference with faculty decisions. You can always take all possible actions to improve academic standards. Nobody stops you.
Faculty is above the admin. Why will you obey them?

I have seen Sid.C up close as a colleague for the last 10 years. He lives and breathes for the institution that he works for. He is leaving because the current Administration has made it very embarrassing for any self-respecting academic to continue here. Some of us have financial and family-related obligations which make it hard for us to leave our present job. If it is any solace, at least he is returning to the place from where he was unjustly removed in 2013. They are building a strong faculty base now and hopefully NLSIU 2.0 will show us how an academic institution can be overhauled with patience, persistence and professionalism. Sudhir K is only an instrument for a much larger transformation when it comes to ensuring teaching standards.
A. Remove the old, inefficient, TLC brand VC and get an NLS, Nalsar or Nujs alumni with foreign degree.
B. Recruit all faculty with BALLB from top 5 NLUs.
C. Students need to work harder. Getting top rank by cramming GK is nothing.

State of most of the institution/entity be it educational, administrative, social, etc etc of the country including these alleged 'premier NLUs'.
Either ways, I will indulge. I will tell you an important thing to stop this fear mongering. "It is the STUDENTS that make a university." NLS and NALSAR are what they are because the top 200 CLAT people go there. These are the words of none other than my VC Faizan sir. He had very categorically stated that it is the students that make a university rather than the faculty. Give me the top 50 students of the country and that institute will anyways excel provided of course that it has some semblance of infra and decent (if not stellar) faculty.
Isn't Messiah criticized daily on this site?? Didn't NALSAR have a period of having a very incompetent VC (read Veer Singh) in the past?? And through all this turmoil both the institutes have retained their status and will continue to do so.
Their faculty are being paid only half their salaries due to severe funds crunch. So it is your call. Personally, I'd avoid it.
Impact on NLS???
No impact on IISc, IIMB, NIMHANS, NID, NIFT, IIT Dharwad, IIIT Raichur, or ISI. That's why central institutes.

The Earth is a very small stage in a vast cosmic arena. Think of the rivers of blood spilled by all those generals and emperors so that, in glory and triumph, they could become the momentary masters of a fraction of a dot. Think of the endless cruelties visited by the inhabitants of one corner of this pixel on the scarcely distinguishable inhabitants of some other corner, how frequent their misunderstandings, how eager they are to kill one another, how fervent their hatreds.
Our posturings, our imagined self-importance, the delusion that we have some privileged position in the Universe, are challenged by this point of pale light. Our planet is a lonely speck in the great enveloping cosmic dark. In our obscurity, in all this vastness, there is no hint that help will come from elsewhere to save us from ourselves.
The Earth is the only world known so far to harbor life. There is nowhere else, at least in the near future, to which our species could migrate. Visit, yes. Settle, not yet. Like it or not, for the moment the Earth is where we make our stand.
It has been said that astronomy is a humbling and character-building experience. There is perhaps no better demonstration of the folly of human conceits than this distant image of our tiny world. To me, it underscores our responsibility to deal more kindly with one another, and to preserve and cherish the pale blue dot, the only home we've ever known.

Everyone does this undercutting business.
I was consistently top-10 in NLUD. Played shit loads of games. Finished AC2, AC3, AC-Black Flag, and casually played CS, AoE, etc. almost all the time. That's in addition to physically playing volleyball and Ultimate Frisbee.
You can make time for things. Things are NOT as tough as people make it out to be. Of course, you'll have to learn how to be more efficient while studying.
An intern's job is to make mistakes and learn, not produce output like associates
