But you’re right, unite and shame the politicians and babus and businessmen into funding good things for the country. And not just fight amongst yourselves while these psychos stuff hundreds and thousands of crores up their ass.
I know I am not at a luxury to reject a PPO, but so far I have interned with 3 banded tier ones in my practise area and have been able to convert all of them into a callback (only pursued one, where the PPO is from) and others are still lined up. I have the callbacks scheduled for this year, and I am in my 5th year currently. Another factor to consider would be that I dont know how much hiring the team is done with, and what my chances would be after DayZ in T1s end. Can I reject this PPO and bank on the fact that something good will come from these callbacks? (though I personally think I am well beyond the timeline)
Honestly, everything aside, I just don't have a very good feeling about working here. Something in my gut just clenches at the idea. Should I not go ahead with it, and try my luck somewhere else?
I am very confused about this. What should I do? Please I genuinely need some advice.
Adani pays relatively better but bad culture
They won Vis East, Top 8 in Vis Vienna, Have ended up in top 4 in Moots like Oxford Price media, Stetson, Oxford IPR, Frankfurt, Jackson, jean pickett etc etc
In ADRs too they have won NALSAR, NUJS, NLIU Competitions and ended top 8 in CDRC Vienna
All this is in 2024 itself
Are they being aggressively incentivised by the admin or they just overachievers? Or is it because of new VC?
FIVE YEARS AFTER Abhay Kumar Gohil, a former judge at the Madhya Pradesh High Court, recommended action in a case of serious examination fraud at the National Law Institute University of Bhopal, at least five former students identified in his inquiry report continue to serve as judges in the state’s trial courts. In 2018, Gohil conducted a lengthy inquiry into examination malpractice at NLIU Bhopal—one of India’s top public law colleges. He uncovered a racket involving the university staff, who were alleged to have manipulated exam results in exchange for money. Gohil found 176 cases of students who had been passed or had been awarded five-year bachelor’s degrees in a fraudulent manner, between 1998 and 2011.
Why is this not being discussed? How many NLUs are running such scams?
National competitions i wont even start as this post will get too long
NLUJ is literally dominating everywhere
If the Mooting premier league was still there today, NLUJ would be number 1 by miles
I guess you are just ignorant to see the truth
But stay happy living in your delulu
1. Pure entertainment when I see d*** measuring contest between different NLUs.
2. To see delulu of some NLU kids
3. To read about Sudhir's shenanigans and people's reaction to it
4. To see if there's anyone in my subject area requiring my help and if I can help them
5. A general curiosity about different universities and NLUs
Please bash these Noojies and Gnlooo plebians

Bonus policy going forward is more complicated with heavier weightage to billed hours than ratings (which was the case previously). Likelihood of clocking highest bonus is more challenging than before.
Medal tally of China right now: 25 medals, including 11 golds. Going back to Tokyo, China had 89 medals. Even Taiwan had 12 medals and a tiny country like New Zealand had 20.
So we need to stop celebrating a few bronzes and aim to be like China. It's shameful that we are the world's largest country and win such few medals. We need to increase GDP, push children to take up sports and invest more in sports.
Manan Lahoty left Induslaw with a 50+ cap marks team to Cyril Amarchand.
Nisha Kaur Uberoi left Trilegal with a 25+ competition team to JSA.
Both these teams are stellar, and highest billing practices. Nisha Kaur is said to bill Rs. 30 crore per year (highest in anti trust space) Manan is also runs a profitable ECM team.
For those who are insiders at Trilegal/Indus/JSA/CAM
1. What are the Financials of this move. How much more will Manan and Nisha Kaur make?
2. How did Indus loose Manan?
How can CAM pay more to Manan?
Trilegal for example lost Nisha because of cravath scale where high performers like Nisha doesn't get adequately remunerated.
3. How did Nisha Kaur Uberoi, Manan Lahoty build such profitable high performing teams? How do they manage personal life (family kids etc) with demanding practice.
Especially for Nisha Kaur Uberoi, being a women it's more hard ▮▮▮ while managing the highest grossing competition practice. How was she able to build such a high income practice?
How was Manan Lahoty able to run a profitable ECM team in an otherwise unprofitable practice area?
4. What is the impact on Associates, SAs and PAs. Do they get to gain or loose because of this shift? What about junior partners?
5. How much profit will CAM, JSA make because of the newcomers? What extra benefits do these firms get?
I am passionate and dedicated and street smart, just not mike ross - photogenic memory part.
I mean, come on! How trapped are you people in your own stereotypical thinking? I can tell you, as a biological male who learned Karate for eight years and was taught by a very good teacher, a biological woman, that women (be they biological or trans) can hit as hard as men, and can have equally good (if not better) reflexes than men. Trust me, I know this first hand; I once was naughty in my Karate class (I was young and foolish at the time), and I still feel the spot where the biological woman who taught me inflicted a form of corporal punishment so harsh that, twelve years later, I still feel the spot (the spot is on a part of my body usually not mentioned in polite society, of which Legally India is currently not a part, a situation which should be resolved as soon as possible) on cold days (I now live abroad in an exceptionally cold country).
Bonuses were bad this year - so not sure what is meant by lot of money. We are worst paid (probably after Latit's and Vishnu's team) - although this last sentence someone pls confirm.
If they do not possess the strength as males, but overwhelmingly more than females, they essentially another category.
You want the world to accept more genders, what better platform than sport?
the people are toxic and filled with overconfidence for some reason, all of the associates have no manners plus don't know how to treat interns plus are not even from good background plus dumb plus ugly
vanya ma'am is very nice lekin
Admissions to this program would be through AILET.
Views on introduction of a non-residential program in a traditionally residential university setting? (Considering the UG focused nature of the course).
Is it another money-minting gimmick or would it be actually practical ?

You do know that balloons have a rather painful way of letting humans know when they've been inflated a bit too much? I think the human ego shares this admirable quality. Your utterly immature, unreflective response shows precisely how much your ego has been inflated.
USLLS will not have any placements. But with some effort you can land good internships because it's in Delhi. Decent alumni base with a lot of corporate lawyers in big firms. Better prospects than a T3 NLU, but not as good as a T1, obviously. Two drops for a law school is insane considering it's already a 5 year course. Work on your drafting and grammar skills, pragmatism and don't let parents force you into things you should be doing on your own as an adult. Best of luck.
Always been a great mentor (as an SA/Counsel and now Partner)
Works through the night with the team - doesn’t leave us alone. Also capable of partying through the night after back to back all nighters at work.
God level insaan
Would help a graduate senior rn
Also - why aren’t the legal protections afforded by laws not gender neutral?
