I have graduated in Ba LLB in 2023 and I am planning for MBA IN NEXT FALL I.E. AUGUST 2025 ,Can you show me a path , how to proceed furtherly.
I heard Srijoni left, so did Anupama and Raag. Couple of others have also given their notice. The first two certainly didn't leave to pursue higher degrees.
Garbled language, broken sentences and completely haphazard punctuations don't comprise any unique style of writing, but the wrong way of writing.
It's crap. The Samsung S 24 Ultra kicks apples fruity ass any day. Apple is no longer innovating.
Prabhash Ranjan. His Google Scholar profile shows 700 citations, no mean feat for a legal scholar in his 40s. He is also a prolific author of research articles and op-eds both.
confirmed news that Anindya Ghosh has left the firm with 2 partners. this is after Pallavi Kanakagiri (M&A partner) in Bangalore has also left.
Are they any Advocates who practice comp/anti trust law privately? Or is the entire thing run by law firms
Litigation. No pressure to earn money. Best thing to do. You hang around in court long enough you’ll be a known face and people will refer work.

(Disclaimer: I don’t do litigation myself)
Any idea about the partners and work culture of B&F team in CAM Mumbai? Do they offer call-backs/ PPOs?
I did a DD where they did not have this registration for all 100+ material branches. 🤡
Prof. R Tripathy, in every depressing thread from Kathajodi.
Other than few banks, school and of course lawyer’s offices most establishments are not exempt. They are in fact in violation something I highlight in every second DD report.
Irony died a long way when I saw a law firm partner shed a crocodile tears on LinkedIn saying how toxic big 4 culture are lmao

Law firms are becoming way more toxic but no one cares
The exact attitude which will continue to ensure that so-called Indian T1 firms will forever mean hash on a global stage. Alright, if that's what you want - being nothing better than a sweatshop - fine!
What after IPE ? What are the exit opportunities available ??
Who are the top cited law professors, across different disciplines, in India? Not the Upendra Baxi and B S Chimni generation. But the mid-age ones i.e. 40s and early 50s.
As simple as the title. Is the amount of money that one can earn same after 10 years in the industry ? How will be the future life ?
Previous generations were worse off

But forgetting failures and dealing with setbacks was surely much easier with lack of social media.
NLUD as far as Indian universities go. The remaining NLUs aren’t even worth considering.
Unlikely, especially because recommendation letters are submitted in a secure, verified manner, which doesn't allow for students to see them.
no. life spans are only increasing. fatality rate for all generations on a long enough timeline is 100%.

You could possibly look up hospitalisation rates or something.
Try for a paralegal gig. Busy your ass and get a job there. Work there for a few years and then move up.
guys, it is true I just had a confirmation from my team. This is so messed up. what can be done now? I had rejected two offers
Looking for a new job role, A0 with 6 months of experience. Want to leave present workplace because of toxicity. Please suggest places to apply for in Delhi and Mumbai. Open for any thing in corporate thanks.
Are you entirely sure you know what empathy means within the context of higher education?
What I should get: Swift.

What I will get, because of pressure to look cool: Maybe Skoda or VW. Maybe a Merc when I hit 35.
plz take care overwork is cuase of silent heart attack. unless put boundaries they are always exploited. there is no use of money earned through maximum or highest billable hours if that is going to doctors for treating diseases.
In fact, the majority of cases go unreported because there is a stigma concerning mental health and families don’t wish to share it. In this case, we have got to know about it only because the girl’s family is coming out in the open.
Which college? Is this through placement drive or ppos after internships
They you forget to mention that your SA will end up calling you and you about your status and humiliate you for being slow
Can someone actually tell how much Poovayya and Co pays? There is very limited public information out there on pay and most sources are conflicting. I hear from personal sources that they are paying upwards of 16 LPA in Bangalore office. Is this true?
Tatva pays 56K, Vaish comes to around 80, Anagram is 1.4L. All figures are for A0 monthly pay.
Yes itis extremely dangerous. Generally in these things only the military leadership is targeted, but what if those booby trapped products are accidentally diverted to open market.
Yes, sad state of affairs. This year, they recruited too many from campus placements.
So far the only people who have left are those who have gone to complete PhD.
Because you'll do 1.5 lakhs worth of work for 15k. Know your worth and go someplace better.
Avoid Masala Path at all costs. Nothing over there to sacrifice your mental health for.
Lawctopus, LawOf, Lawbhoomi etc etc.

Also, this is the "season" of conferences. Currently, TNNLU, RGNUL, NLUD, NLUO are conducting so many conferences, so manyyy.
Some.are going for PhD, some.gpimg for Post docs, so.w.gor their 1 or 2 year contracts expired.
How is SAM Mumbai's Securities Law practice? I heard it is a small team but their names appear in major transactions. There was a vacancy few months back. What kind of work they do? Is it worth pursuing?
▮▮▮ There were a lot of deserving attorney available for this role. ▮▮▮ Still, Kudus to him, he got a really big opportunity to showcase his abilities.
Hi, can someone help me how to start a career in competition law? I am looking for vacancies in competition law and I am a fresher.
There is legit always vacancy in her team (READ: super high attrition rate).
I heard that ragging is still there in tnnlu , should I consider joining tnnlu even if I get lower ranks.
I was shocked when they told me this during the interview. Turning it down may have saved my life!
Should I study law if I want to become management consultant at firms like Mckinsey, BCC and BCG?

Should I study law in India or abroad?
Someone please explain this person as he or she can't read I hope they know how to text
Great lawyer but has anger issues and over ambitious (which can be good or bad depending on what your priorities in life are). One thing is guaranteed- big bonuses.
Premier Book House, Puliani and Puliani near Gandhi Nagar, Bangalore
Second this. The best answer is "depends", depends on the company and how your role aligns with their needs. Once you start applying, you'll understand the market a little better.

Prof. Shefali Yadav

Prof.Priti Saxena

It's true. Rajesh Begur is widely considered to be one of the most alpha lawyers going around. Clients supposedly are willing to give him a blank cheque.
So why have not the holders of such 'public knowledge' ever lodged a complaint against such practices? Because it is easy to throw random accusations anonymously when you can't prove any of those?
Thank you for your response. Do you have an idea about their pay, bonus, etc.? A0-A2 levels?
hey, which law school? Also, how did you apply? RPC or directly mailing them?
Which office? And when did you interned? After how many days of your internship being over did you received your pay?
What there to write properly when the post clearly states that in a broken language

I do have questions for you. Is this english class or platform to rant

I am confused
Is there any website or something which promptly notifies call for papers / conferences organized in various NLUs?
Which NLUs provide environmental law as LLB or LLM specialisation ? Maybe you can ask their alumni where they work now.
Hey guys

I am thinking of applying for internship there. So please share honest feedback.
it should rename to 6 month story. you'll only get paid for that much time before retainers are stuck. HSA CVs are floating in the market and they have the audacity to want to hire more partners
Nobody cares I know 3 AORs who use a wagon R and so many nepo kids who come in Jags
I heard several of the faculty recruited during Sudhir's tenure are also quitting from NLS. Any idea why?
Are you working in any of the Tier One's or pursuing a Masters? really curious since you are so confident!
Even IDP and SI-UK? Aren't these the top representatives of UK universities?
You will find plenty of books in soft copy through libgen, zlibrary etc. Another way is to get the book issued from your college library (assuming you're still a student) and get it photocopied. Worked great for me.
Can someone from LKS confirm? This puts them in the same level as Saraf and CAM if true, damn
What is this hype about CDC of HNLU? I have heard some big names joining this event.
Exactly. Also, you can't have seen the LOR. It needs to be given in secret. At least many UK unis do not accept so-called 'open references'.
I think that out of all professions we find that law books are most expensive and difficult to find. Does anyone here from Bangalore know a place where we can buy such books in an affordable price? Second hand books will also do
Can anyone here specify about the work culture at Samvaad Partners in corporate team of Delhi? Thanks in advance, moderator request you please moderate this thread fast..
At this point, I am not exactly sure what Tier 1 pay is, it ranges from 15 LPA to 22 LPA, especially after the salary hikes this year. Would it be possible for you to share the pay in absolute figures, or maybe give me a range. Really appreciate the help!
Which are some of the best universities to get an IPR LLM from? List both foreign and Indian ones is possible.

Thanks in advance
You should reach out to her former associates, seek them out. They'll give you an honest picture.
This is the reality of most the firm's claiming they focus on the mental health how

Expecting them to meet unrealistic deadlines
