I have worked as associate with t-1 firm. Few things that heard and experience in first 3 months of my joining
1. That these new kid need huge as break in name of holidays don't they see work. Fact check we are using our mandatory leaves not extra. So our leaves our choice
2. You are not available on Saturday and Sunday why isn't it most flaunted fact of SAM and other t-1 firms that Saturday and Sunday are mandatory off are they. Sr saying that we appreciate people taking Saturday and Sunday off
What their to appreciate about isn't what you said to us while offering the job and isn't it same thing that firm claims on LinkedIn and social media platforms a
3. assigning work at the end of the day or weekend - truth about this fact is over commitment without asking the jr. Only delegatiing the work, when the realisation hot upon a SA that he can't do it ( simple word dumping the work when it hard to be done )
4 failure of person joining as Ao is the failure of sr. Reason it was you who failed to guide her or him you can't leave some one without guidance when they have no idea to sail
5 a1- a4 new joined can't replace you stop being rude to them and telling them you can't guide through.with their

Hopefully there would be day you will be able to see this. To what I understand you must be someone from dispute team from law chambers. Not someone from t-1 working in PE VC, M&A or capital markets team. Otherwise you would have experience the same.
