I am doing my callback currently, and I have a presentation scheduled in the last week of my internship. Will they also conduct a PPO interview, or will the presentation constitute the assessment and interview both? Pls help, I'm quite anxious. Thanks!
Presentation+rapport with team will decide if there will be a ppo interview. If they think your presentation is not up to the mark both in terms of content of the ppt and your ability to answer questions, the prospects end there and there will be no interview
Forget PPO if you're in the fifth year rn. They've closed hiring across practices. If you're 26 batch, they'll assess around 7-8 other interns in the coming months and only then decide on interview or PPO.
But if I have worked well right now, wouldn't they give me PPO right now? Why would they assess 7-8 other interns?
Wow I am batch of 2025. Why'd they offer a call-back if there is no hiring sigh
Because you'll do 1.5 lakhs worth of work for 15k. Know your worth and go someplace better.
that's not true. I know of at least two 2025 batch people who have gotten a PPO this month
Do they offer extensions for internships if someone requests one, and is it beneficial to accept an extension, or should a person opt for a callback for another month?
Only take extension if you're not sacrificing on anything else. But prioritise the callback. The extension may help you build a rapport with the team.
does an extension count as a callback (for the purposes of a ppo?)
Too early . Go for other t1. Try to schedule Trilegal somewhere between jan to April
I do not have any other options - so anyways i will have to do it in September itself. Any suggestions how to proceed with it.
