Watch Mirzapur for improving your dialectic command in Hindi.
Hi, which companies have the best in-house legal teams with vacancies for 0-1 PQE.
Hi,

Thanks for the input. But I could not understand the meaning of the 3 parallel lines mentioned in your reply.
Thank you so much, Black law dictionary. Without you I would not be able to interpret, classist word!
News break on ABP news, where she gave an interview and said this….

This follows Menaka Guruswamy joining the TMC. Almost certainly the BJP planned this as a counter.
Thanks & Beyond at Nehru Place - have met/seen scores of law firm partners there on weekends/parties.
DRHP filings always going on, good pipeline of listing in place that have just got delayed
Repeat a lie hundred times and innocent aspirants would start believing it. Great strategy
Looks like a first year intern got access to legally India. No one here is chilling my friend.
5-6 + 3.5 + the fixed is an insane pay ngl, whats the catch?
This is so crazy like how are we trusting them with this when they could just refuse in the end
in my second year and i am interested in data privacy and tech law. any suggestions for boutique firms in bangalore that will give me a good exposure and would be willing to take a second year ? any help would be appreciated. thank you.
High billing xD does work for dirt cheap and some random work assisting India leg business transfers, acquisitions, also not to forget very toxic and canr keep a team
Anyone know the salary of Associates for their capital markets team? A1, and A2 level?
Absolutely agree with the above. Sticks and stones may break one’s bones, but the incompetent seldom blames the hand that threw them, especially when it’s their own.
Do you mean like Golf Club / IIC / Soho house clubs or disco / dance clubs playing bangin' techno music?
The HSF Moot, KCL Summer School and a few other partnerships with good organisations happens solely because of the goodwill that alumni from Gen Z and early Gen Z have earned NUJS. I’m sorry say this, but late Gen Z and Covid kids have let the institution down.
Why can’t the Hindi speakers speak in your language? Or at least in English?
The number of students appearing for the exam does not mean there is more screening. By that logic, NLSIU and CNLU provides same level of screening.
Please don't use superlatives so casually. I have been taught by this person. She is okay, but no better than many other faculty from other NLUs.
That would be a stupid ploy, because no person moves to another position without asking about the salary first. BITS does not pay more than 7th CPC and that's a fact.
has anyone given the second assessment for project finance team? if yes what kind of questions were asked please help
Hey, can I know how you applied? Pls help a fellow student out
Anyone who has entered into the Project, Infra, Energy vertical in GC/M&A how did you go about this? As someone interested in the area but only GC experience. And, if you can drop partners who are good mentors in the sphere, please do!
Waiting for the same. I have been told by my seniors that generally by Mid-June they’ll share it.
As an outsider, this reads like feedback coming from someone who may have struggled to work in fast paced and competitive work environment, and is now framing the team and its dynamics in a negative light.
No deals are closing, though new work keeps coming in- it's all piling. Right now people are chilling, but once market picks up pace, everyone will cry for their lives.
has anyone given it recently? what does it entail? how does one have to prepare? any insight will be appreciated. thanks!
Oh no, my lobster is too buttery and my steak is too juicy! . Just watch some indian movies or series
1. drafting

2. Good research, ability to use databases

3. understanding of law in a particular field (when you intern in specific practice areas)
Nothing. Most of the professors are only there on the whims of the Dean. Research was such a profound and prolific expert like Prabhash left SAU.
Arjun Krishnan, The best to learn from, by some distance!
I wonder if anyone is actually buying this. Seems like a strategic ploy to prevent someone's faculty from moving to BITS.
Any update if the Corporate team is hiring in Delhi at A2/A3 level?
Any update if the corporate team is hiring in delhi at A2/A3 level?
To the person who commented that Raj is more powerful than senior IAS officers: that's only because of Naveen Jindal. Without Naveen Jindal he has zero clout. So the real powerful guy is Jindal. Just like Adani, Ambani, Tata, Birla etc. These people own the country.
I interviewed for these firms about 2 weeks back. Do they inform if you are rejected? pls help
"About Nirma" the person above wrote about it. Second thing in comparison to sls pune is better, all NLUs are better than nirma, crowd in nirma is actually good, but yea nirma is better than sls hyderabad and noida
Trolling

Envy

Leg pulling

Bad politics

Bad mouthing

Clients snatching
Actually I'm student right now and I need guidance so if you can connect?
NLUJ food was better and healthier than GNLU. In terms of higher protein, more green veggies, etc, NLUJ rocks.
What firms/teams best offer secondments opportunities abroad?
The interview component has been dropped. Anyway, just check the number of students who sit for CLAT vs number of students who sit for NLSAT and you will get a sense of "more screening".
What does that mean? They don't have people in corp teams?
Team members are mostly chill and Vijay is definitely one of nicer cap marks partners around, they have a lot of work though - so choose accordingly
Stop spreading misinformation. He’s an amazing person to work with and a great human being to be around.
Will happen. OVN is a commercial law guy, he won't let this opportunity go.
They seem to have been getting themselves into multiple kinds of BS for a while, but I vaguely remember this disabilities thing was in about 2023 or 2024.
The working hours are quite demanding, but this is generally understood prior to applying.
it was until last 2024 bhai, 2025 onwards the a0s are getting this. plus a1 bonus comp is 3.5 lakhs and a 5-6 lakh bill share.

if you are making less than this speak with your ep why he is fleecing you
They do some really interesting work. Senior guys in the team are generally occupied with work and not approachable. The corporate partner who i think was recently promoted is very good at his work. He is very knowledgeable and is also helpful if are lucky to get hold of him.
I hope you were expelled from law school for failing to learn anything. You have no idea of the meaning of the word "classist".
Unironically has more pull than any IAS sans Parliamentary Secretary/Joint Secretary level officers
I am so good looking that the partner interviewing me thought I had inadvertently walked into his law firm mistaking it to be a modeling agency. I knew right then that 97.5% of my job was done.
At LKS how much time do they take to revert back after interview for an long term internship?
Hello! Has anyone worked with Mr. Sandeep Das, Disputes Partner at Touchstone. He was previously with AP&Partners and Trilegal. Looking for reviews on him, working environment and culture, salary structure, overall team.

Any reviews would be appreciated. Thanks!
At LKS how much time they take to revert back after an interview for a long term internship?
Absolutely not! I think you should block the idiots that use AI to make up "experiences" that they've obviously never had.
Does this firm still exist? I have never heard of them in any deal or advisory work. It only appears in Gurcaran's self promoting anecdotal linkedin posts, which are most certainly AI generated.
Majority of top US firms are using AI to better their results. You'd call them not being worthy to work in law ?
Practice area?

Team strength?

Does partner have own clients?

Churn rate of associates?
Yes, generally disputes team is paid lesser than corporate at every level from associate to non equity partners. The gap is widest in AZB followed by SAM. Smaller gap in Trilegal.
Hi, what would the commercials be for A0's joining this July, 2026 across AZB? Please help out.
All law firm partners earn lesser than their equal standing litigation counterpart. Beside disputes, all other areas of work are looked down upon
We don't get bothered. Everyone is dying to join our firm. People come and go.
Want to know more about Chennai office (tm team) since I have an upcoming internship there. Any insights on culture, callback and ppo chances, stipend and a0 pay and any other imp info will be appreciated. The firm's general insights are also appreciated. Thank you
Hello everyone,

Stride Legal looks like an up and coming firm in Pune. MP is ex-Legalogic and they post interesting deals. It is very new, in it's 2nd year.

Any insights on it? How much do they pay?
GLC proves that college is irrelevant in legal profession. What matters the most is contacts and network.
> Are any Tier‑1 lawyers playing in the DHCBA Cricket Tournament this season? Are you following it or involved in the games? Curious to know how it’s been.
> Also, how do you guys find time for it?
They don't even let you take 50%, so the question of 'more' does not even arise
Work culture is nice and friendly. Everyone is very willing to teach
Heard NA of NLS’26 got a TC with a UK law firm, non- A&O, Links and HSF. Is this true? Can someone confirm?
