We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

However, Iโve observed that the Accounts team receives more flexibility, such as two-day work-from-home and relaxed timing, which is not extended equally to other departments.
While flexibility is a good step, it should ideally be applied fairly across all teams to maintain balance and motivation among employees.
Also, Iโve personally noticed some employees from the Accounts team using their work-from-home hours casuallyโspending time in cinemas and cafes during working hours. This can create unequal perceptions of discipline and accountability.
Iโm sharing this feedback not to criticize, but with the hope that management will consider clearer WFH guidelines and equal policy enforcement for all teams, which would truly support an inclusive and fair work culture.
