It's more like a chamber than a law firm. Pay is similar to other offices (expect a 10% cut). Work life balance is good. No one stays in the office post 7:30-8pm. Not sure about the quality of work!

Where do they get work from ? Outsourced work? I think KCO/FM would get most of the work that arises in Kolkata

AFAIK, the Corp team is currently top heavy with 3 partners and a PA. No associate or SA currently. They mostly work from home and hardly ever step into the office, since work is mostly with teams based outside Kolkata.
