If my whole life's aim is to buy from Hermes and Rolex, then I'll do that. I don't need to listen to what a billionaire thinks/likes doing to define my own tastes.
Let me know if I'm wrong.
Serious inputs would be really helpful. Thanks.
Shouldn't retired judges, known for their expertise in the law, consider limiting their public expressions of opinions to preserve the perception of impartiality and uphold the integrity of the legal system?
So please spare me the crocodile tears about Palestine.

Also, why only Kashmir, Palestine and Khalistan? Why not Tibet, Baluchistan and Kurdistan? Evidently lobbies are funding this and people are being useful idiots for them.
Even the left-wing Guardian newspaper says about Hamas: "it is also a sinister organisation committed to the mass murder of Israelis."

1. Should there be a general requirement on websites publishing content to declare if AI was used at any stage in generating the content for a particular story?
2. And is it legally correct for a platform or person to be taking the entire credit for AI generated content
3. Given the present trends, will news websites become irrelevant, as in the age of AI, 50-100 words pf crisp content on twitter will be better?
If you can make ends meet with 60K a month, live a nominal lifestyle without any extravagent vacations, luxurious watches or a fancy car, minimal savings and investments, accept that offer.
However, if you feel you can hustle 3-4 years, build a corpus of about 50 - 60 lacs at a Tier 1 (assuming it pays you atleast 16L per annum with a 15% increment and Bonus) and sacrifice work life balance only for a few years, pick a Tier 1. The Money is HUGE, lets admit. You can aim to buy a 3BHK in a Metro City in coming years, Take your family for an international Holiday, upgrade your standard of living, buy branded clothes only, sit with people who are millionaires and billionaires. The work is exceptional, you are put on matters that make frontpage headlines. Your kids can go to international schools, have a chauffer pick them up and drop.
After the initial hustle, you can come back to a mid size who would then pay you atleast 1l per month (basis yout Tier -1 experience and clientile) by then your investment would also start giving you returns, you can get to spend more time with your family and expect a better work life balance

I would say target a Tier 3 or Tier 4 firm. Read up extensively about such firms, do your research, and apply accordingly. Give it your 100% in performance (I am sure you are). Things will work out somewhere. I wish you all the best for your internship at Indus. Do not lose hope.
What is troubling is that students are making sweeping generalisations with respect to the Israel-Gaza conflict and taking sides without being fully informed. The loss of civilian lives on both sides is to be condemned, but it is to be borne in mind that Israel retaliated and did not instigate Hamas to attack them.
All hail the messiah, he is so meritocratic with a sports-quota Rhodes!
That being said, you will see a lot of mandbuddhi Indian students campaigning for Hamas (few were also named in the Harvard University list) when Palestinians would genocide these kaffirs any chance they get. It's hilarious seeing the extra ordinary efforts several Indian students go when it comes to campaigning for Kashmir and Palestine ignoring the fact that people from those underdeveloped regions would consider them second class humans at best.

There are others as well, but I hope you get the point.
By far, it has the worst work cultures though and pay is poor when you compare it with other T1s or even firms like S&R, TT&A and IndusLaw. Tread with care and caution, best of luck!
You are either an idiot or a straight up liar and no one should take you seriously. Get a life.
It was Tribe actually. I wasn’t offended - a dress code is a dress code. We just came from different cultures. Grow up kid.

Just so it's clear, there is no dress codes at most reputed law schools for day to day activities.

Scores of posts on this page show why you shouldn't. I will summarise:
Admin at the top is rotten. As a senior batch, I can confirm the office of registrar and student affairs (under Murthy and Surinder Kaur) used to run the univ efficiently. Now registrar doesnt respond to emails and student affairs doesnt do anything/says nothing is wrong or blames students for anything which goes wrong. Modus operandi is to sit on complaint till student is tired of sending reminders. Raj too busy in US trips. So college will be on fire!
Your learning potential and growth in the firm will be limited no matter how good or bad one lone partner is.
Firms like Tempus or Tatva are better. Even Samvad for that matter. At least those are not back offices.
"In the last 3-4 years, I have completely stopped buying from ultra luxury brands like Hermes and Louis Vuitton because I feel they play you. Their entire marketing strategy seems to be to offend and get some kind of a reaction out of you and then buy from them. The most offensive thing is to go to a shop where they are marking up a product one is to 1,000 times and then say you can't buy this product until you build a relationship with us or get on a list or all of these hoops that you have to jump through," Nikhil Kamath said.

Btw, a guy/girl/tree/dog... whatever they identify as got selected for the interview from NLSIU for diversity reasons.
Adani must answer.
The Shroff family must answer.
Modi and Shah must answer.
P.S. Doesn't mean the opposition gets a free pass. The TMC and JMM have deep links with the coal mafia.
