We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Varun Deval makes vlog like videos. Theek thak hai. Creates a motivational feeling to go write CLAT once again.
Harshita...hmm can't really say anything. I have only watched her internship experience videos.
Regarding Ananta Vyas , I have never watched her videos
Have heard Phoenix also does maritime.
On a personal level, one can get decent experience in this area and go independent or join as an in-house in various companies such as RE developers, renewable energy co., fund houses, etc. However, on the flip side RE just like projects is very voluminous and often requires long hours of work for some standard level of revenue.
One can choose to continue in this area if they relate to the application side of this law and real life relatibilty of their work. All the best!
There was serious discussions on boycotting Jindal for recruitments by many recruiters, these actions have started to smoothen out ruffled feathers
Recruitment scenario is hard as it is, we don't need these ideologues to make our lives worse
we definitely dont want the world to think that Jindal is another Ashoka or JNU
the danger is that these people brainwashed in colleges go on to important positions in govt and businesses and ruin the whole country
cannot be allowed to happen in India
US is already course correcting
Anushka pregnant?

Govt does not have balls to publish backward commission report..
You can't go and buy a Patek Nautilus in your early 20s on your own. Nuff said.
Try at places like Tuli and Co. If you still want to work in insurance cos, try their corporate legal department and never their claims legal department.
This is my 2 cents. Please form your own opinion after getting multiple views, I may have certain biases in my opinion.
Everyone has been talking about what the LW students said, but watch the whole video carefully. The first girl says a group of RW students chanted Jai Shri Ram and disrupted them. Also, the RW group were larger in numbers. So itβs clear that:
- there are both RW and LW students at JGLS
- they are clashing with each other
- contrary to perception, the RW group may be larger
So Iβm curious to know the scene at NLUs?? Is it the same?
2. Large number of law graduates passing out - Bar Council given approval to few lakh seats. Too many law graduates passing out every year. Flooding the courts and increasing unemployment and disguised unemplo
3. Easy availability of LLB degree - many colleges are managing attendance, exams etc. You can get LLB without studying one single day in the college.

UP, MP, Rajasthan and Odisha currently lead in terms of the atrocities, but of course the central government or Godi media won't be talking about it, since these are all BJP or ally-ruled states.
The Panel for preventing such atrocities in Gujarat has not even met once in the last two years.

Read your history.
as for not reading- well very few students at jgls read anyway. Some of them are functionally illiterate. so- whatever.
It is for a good reason! Perhaps she is getting saturated with this Court and wants to grow and handle complex division bench matters in a new state with lots of Corporates and advanced litigation. Being a spinster she maybe more career focussed and try to go into Supreme Court for which she needs different Court representation. The present CJ of Telengana is a highly experienced and respected Judge
PS:- I had taken coaching from Baalnoi, Maj Kalsi himself taught GTO tasks to my batch. Was very good at that time. I don't know how it is these days.
What about you?

Strongly suggest against it
One of the suggestions posted in previous conversations on this topic was to start from chambers of lawyers who do both litigation and corporate advisory work.
Can someone please drop the names of such advocates, please. Relocation to a different city is not an issue.
Thank you.
If you want "proof" of hamas' atrocities on Oct 7- youre in an information bubble so deep you wont ever come out. They can prove it to you- they live-streamed their atrocities. Youve lost all credibility with that.
Im sure Israel like most other countries in this world has had errant soldiers do awful things. I havent seen any proof that it is a matter of state policy to rape or torture or target children. If Palestinians raise their kids to cross the borders and stab israelis- perhaps those kids should be removed from that influence and helped. I notice also you didnt name a single female palestinian freedom fighter, proved my point.
I dont care about your identity and whatever authority you want to claim based on your identity. Your identity doesnt give you any authority. If I were algerian today, I would be more angry at dictators who violate human rights than the french who left- a while ago. What are you even doing on a site called legally india?
We had colonisation here as well- but it wont do to be stuck in the past- so we move on- take any scholarships and jobs UK will offer us, and find a better life, and try and get a democracy going in our home country.
No one has any problem with muslims educating themselves, becoming doctors and engineers, and educating their kids, and working hard and getting out of poverty and making a good life for themselves. We have a problem with them "fighting back" by raping, killing, and kidnapping grandmas and babies. Please show me one freedom fighter who did things like that. the west- and the entire world makes that differentiation. Its not cause theyre all islamophobic- its cause they have a smidge of morality.
Having said that, if buying new, 1080p screen, about 8 gigs of ram, 512 SSD and a Ryzen 5/ i5 11th gen or more should set you up.

I'll start: PA1 at a t1, I am making close to 2L gains out of my stock markets / mutual fund investments. I agree that much of this is attributable to the ongoing bull market run, nonetheless, it gives me hope that I will come out of this hamster run.
