I know this topic may have been discussed time and again, but please share ballpark figures of salaries of PAs and APs along with tentative work hours, at T2 and T3 firms.
How much do semi established and established advocates make in Mumbai versus in Delhi? Senior Counsels in Delhi often charge around 5 lakh per appearance and upwards of that, how do their peers in Mumbai fare in comparison?
Fellow A0 here. I was curious as to how many of us are using AI to help with grammar and syntax or

improve the overall flow and structure of our emails, content or draft. Are there any prohibitions of using it at your firm or any mandate to maintain originality?
And in theory everyone pays less than the 1.2? Associates at Trilegal with 20 lpa also effectively pay 0 tax right?
hota h bhai fomo kbhi kbhi. What if I lose on the learning, but I also want wlb toh yahi hu abhi toh
It's not officially mentioned, but the coursework is not very strict. So I know a few people who are working elsewhere while doing the phd from there.
Is it mandatory to visit university daily or stay in the university after coursework, because I want to practice after completing the coursework and just want to go university occasionally.
Where is this figure even coming from? The last I heard, A0s were making 1.38 per month before tax.
Yes but not everybody wants to compete with Top NLUs , does it ? Delhi University at best is today a farce of what it used to be .
KCO is on a freeze. They will hire in single digits from Day z and thats it
I am a founder partner. I usually come at 11:45am and leave at 8:30pm, unless it is a US based clients who are dealt with different timings! Sometimes courts visits may necessitate leaving at 9:30am.
How much does content writing pay ? Which places can I apply to for content writing ?
How is Joseph Jimmy’s team in Trilegal? How’s the pay, work culture, scene with leave, size of the team, etc?
1. Centre for Law and Policy Research (CLPR).

2. There's this NGO in Bangalore called Daksh which looks into civil justice reform. Look it up.
I just want to know whether NALSAR provide PhD in part-time mood. Because no such thing is mentioned in the official regulation for PhD.
goa office is the smallest with like 2-3 people there
Various think tanks, research associate roles in law schools, even position under some MP is a good option
Whay teams do they allot for interns (virtual) would help an upcoming internship
Because their customer base PREFERS to buy Indian. Mix of nationalist sentiment and rustic background makes them opt for desi swag. These same people would also rather attend a Badshah or Diljeet concert over Coldplay and Bryan Adams.
I worked under Rebecca. No learning at all. Plus you end up working for long hours sometimes. And weekends are no different. Not worth it. takes the fun out of learning.
After your second assessment; how much time did they take to send confirmation?
Kindly advice on how to break the news, thanks sigh. A0 at T3 planning on leaving.
Bill-share in a standard team comes to around 8-11 LPA typically, so it's not all that bad
I wouldn't risk it. Even if you do everything right there's no certainty that's how random UPSC is.
Started Bombay Practice recently. Can't find what the case abbreviations mean in BSCC. List em out?
Also, one cannot be retires as JMFC, atleast he will reach PDJ(Principal District Judge) rank, so stop thinking about retirement !
How is the PPO scene in Top NLUs, Jindal and SLS? Heard that the firms are in a freeze and are not rolling out PPOs easily this year. Is this true?
The 3year LLB at NLSIU also does not get placed but the BALLB program gets placed. Any chance that would be the case with DU?
How did you get selected with Rebecca John? I'm wishing to intern there as well but am not able to find the email
Fair number of Jat, Jatt and Rajputs study law today. A lot venture into corp law as well. But even till date it's dominated by traders and Brahmin communities. Not that there is any significance anymore but in answer to your query.
could you please name a few of them? preferably commercial litigation, arbitration, tax and writs
Probably ICUL. Their transactions team seem to be doing some really good work, pretty well known partners too. In comparison, Indus is tanking anyway, and the Chennai team isn’t particularly that great either.
This is like watching thappad and divorcing your husband even if he didn’t slap you.
Nonsense. God help y’all if this is where standards are.
This is incorrect. The IP team gets good bonuses and hikes. Other teams don't.
New law school in Bengaluru? Feels like a NLS wannabe.
Santiya nepali, teaches international law international relations
Don't bhai, don't try to experiment, choose a T2, enjoy life, intern and get placed.
Nothing of consequence. Avoid this practice area as there are limited options and very few opportunities to grow. Most teams are toxic.
You would need contacts or RCC in college, they have tie ups with those
No stars except Veena, you are better off at AZB/TTA/CAM/JSA
Exactly, no one is accounting for that extra money on the table. 28/30L is market standard everywhere why is everyone so pressed.
This used to be the standard, SAM/CAM/KCO only increased in 2024. Give TTA a year or so
Heard k.law is expanding

WG is also a good option

LEAP started by ex- ELP partners

Bombay Law Chambers, good t2

For t-1 not many vacancies unless you are in a t-1
Trust me, you don't know what you want right now. This sounds way better than heart racing transactions and tight deadlines. I'm guessing you are on one of those AZB Noida advisory teams, stick there don't have fomo
TMT will pay anyday more than IP and this is the case with IP teams at Tier 1 law firms as well.
Delhi Reg is very small, they don't really hire freshers. People shift internally from other practice areas too so no culture of ppo
▮▮▮ Soummo and Veena are really good if you get to work with them
Hi, I was looking to apply for her team at A2/A3 level. Currently working in a T-1. Would love any insights on the work, team size, potential vacancies, etc.

Thanks in advance!
So that people don't randomly share inaccessible copies and get away with it based on excuse of "academic freedom".
Can a JMFC after retirement choose a different profession like acting dancing or sports
Wasn't interning and alumni the only two pplus points in glc for placements?
+1. No bonuses at all. Not even an annual bonus or performance based bonus or Diwali bonus etc.

Increments are 5-10K max, that too only if you perform exceptionally well.
Hi, are any of these practices hiring? If not, what other TMT teams across law firms might be open to hiring? Batch of 2026 btw.
As someone who left the job thinking the same- don’t do it. It’s not about smartness it’s about consistency. Just don’t do it.
INR 60,000 (pre-TDS). In-hand INR 54,000.

+ Bonus.
Insights on Stuti Gujral’s practice, office culture, pay etc. for A1.

Thanks in advance!
Wanted to know in which delhi ncr office, delhi, noida, or gurgaon, the ipr team sits and how would be the experience to intern with the ipr team
Literally one office in Bangalore. Pune and Delhi office do not even exist (as portrayed on the website). Mumbai office is on the verge of shutdown Cz no clients or associates left. The Mumbai office does not even have support staff
Oh same here, people at K-law are always on their toes to reject applications.
What should I do to get a callback internship? I like the team and would want a chance to get a PPO but I’m aware I’d need a callback first
Hv heard some bad reviews abt the DR team. Would suggest you to do some bg checks beforehand
there are chambers of senior advocates and some advocates who are not officiall designated as senior but who are reputed very highly. you need to look a tboth. also separate them by vrtical.
Trade and tax are their primary billing teams. Theyve started up some decent corp work in the recent past but overall very much a niche firm with a few standout practice areas
Multiple students get placed in Judicial services and other govt exams. We do not want to become corporate slaves.
