Any update on AZB increasing its A0 pay? There were rumors that AZB was going to increase to 22.5 lpa in light of SAM, Trilegal and Khaitan increasing their pay to around 20 lpa. Does anyone have any inside information?
It's Khaitan who hiked it to 22.5 for 2025 grads not azb
Total comp can go up to 23 LPA (20 fixed + 3 bonus). They have not advertised this aggressively as other firms to avoid attracting the wrong kind of crowd.
Is there any source for this? How did u get this info?
Wtfdym by β€œwrong kind of crowd”?? Lmao
You'll get 20 fixed when you are an A3 🀣
Hi, can the new A0 joiners update the pay please
AZB delhi every team has different pay structures. Heard tax is lowest with 10, M&A teams are around 20 with one going upto 22.5
Why is tax lowest when they have so many partners teams client work?
We have not been given any numbers, i guess will only find out when the first paycheck comes. Expecting 1.1 L in hand (Mumbai) based on college seniors from '24 batch
Are your seniors in Lit? Because M&A peeps from the batch of '24 get 1.25 in-hand.
naah 1.1 sounds too low, heard the batch of 24 got 1.36 in hand
No one in '24 was getting 1.36 in hand, I have verified figures of 1.2 in hand from multiple people
As an former intern I have seen the slip it is 1.28 for PPO's and placed through college , for lateral it can go as low as 80k
Can someone from the batch of 2025 update the Pay here?
Its approx 1L per month with another 2.3L as bonus upon confirmation post probation taking total to somewhere around 15L per year. These are the figures for the delhi office.
Our team (GC + TMT) has offered around 20 to A0s; this salary seems like some low billing team
