I just want to know whether NALSAR provide PhD in part-time mood. Because no such thing is mentioned in the official regulation for PhD.
It's not officially mentioned, but the coursework is not very strict. So I know a few people who are working elsewhere while doing the phd from there.
Regardless of what's written in the brochure or regulations, almost all NLUs offer primarily part time PhDs. Except for those scholars who are provided a fellowship and have to stay at the university for the duration of their PhD.
