First see which area of law aligns with your interest and choose accordingly.
Speaking of stipend - ICUL gives interns a stipend and indus law doesn't.
ICUL gives off on weekends, not sure about indus.
If you want to get exposure in litigation, you can choose to intern with any advocate, but firms dealing with corporate transactions are very less in Chennai. So I would suggest you get exposure to Corp first and then try your hands in litigation if you are unsure of which area of law interests you.
Look at the attrition of ICUL should say enough, Indus clears imo.
