I don't care. I'm a third generation lawyer and my family owns offices in 4 cities. I can say shut up to any of T1 firm senior partner at this point of time.
Can you not read ?

OP is asking about corp team delhi and not the funds team of bombay office. Reading writing and comprehension skills are the bare minimum required for practising law. Not sure how you made it till here.
OP here, I assure you I'll keep posting this, not just weekly but bi-weekly and tri-weekly unless I get my answer. Feel free to keep posting this same lame comment on all my threads.
A2 here, even I'm curious buddy, and for you well, give answer or get lost, no need to spam here.
That's why NLSIU's placement numbers have taken a hit ever since Sushir's reign has started.
none, whatever you have already, though they have some tie up with HDFC
As long you work for Ram, Toshit and Dinoo you'll have a great time. So supportive and sharp.
Oh my god are you stupid? Oxford ain't in the NIRF list lmao dude it's world's TOP law school for undergraduate program.
If any of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and Ms Dhoni would have either been senior counsels or partners at T1 firms, who would you choose?
SAM delhi doesn't treat their interns well from what i've heard (interns dont get to see their teams very often). the Mumbai office is on a hiring freeze across teams - including GC teams. you will most likely get your first preference - so choose wisely.
how is this firm? Can anyone please give an update regarding the same? how is the pay and how is the culture?
Another person found out that Mangaldas was indeed a partner and so was Hiralal
lol been a while since you were seen around here after your batch graduated, what are you up to now?
I would be grateful if you could guide any good senior advocate and arguing counsel in white collar crimes especially in PMLA or other economic offences. I am particularly interested in chambers who is good and pay reasonable salary to their juniors
Heard that another team is leaving Indus. Another mass exodus in the pipelines?
True af. Have seen some partners making lesser money than top performing PAs in initial years of their salaried partnership.
My man has some good clients- but saraf won't be able to sustain them.
check website, there is only one cap marks partner with those initials.
KCO - Nishad’s team in Mumbai

SAM - Abhay’s team in Delhi

That’s it.

The IP practice is dominated by boutique firms based out of Delhi.
Okhla, Saket, Noida sector 15, CP and Max towers upper floors, Routes getting filled up fast.
one in azb banking for obvious reasons

one in azb funds for obvious reasons
Anger management is his biggest issue. Everything else can still be accepted.
Yeah he is moving to saraf to fill the void left by Mathews
2025 batch and working in-house (had received a ppo). Been one year and wanting to switch to some other organisation. What are one of the best in-house legal teams and probably open for hiring PQE 1 or 2.
Halfway done with 10 years of practice. However, 1 Cr is not anymore the ideal threshold. It needs to be 3 or 5cr, considering the amount of time one takes in reaching it and the growing inflation.
Hey everyone, i have an internship with tri comp team for the month of nov. Any insights how is the practice area faring? Chances of callbacks & ppo offer.

Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!
I regret getting a Porsche 911. The road clearance is too bad, even for Mumbai streets. Do not make the same mistake :)
Partners don’t have horns, which is why they are compelled to use their teeth.
Senior partners have gold-plated teeth. This is why they do not bite.
Let me know your experience at Vidhigya, I'll be interning there in May 2026
What is this? Honorary Ph.D ?

By that logic several/Former Union Minister/ Chief Ministers are NLU prods of being given Honorary PhD. and several Supreme Court Judges too are Honorary PhD from NLU
I do not and cannot believe this statistic, unless you guys are unable to filter out between bot/spam/duplicate applications.
This is one of the most amazing pieces of writing I have ever seen. Mods, please mark as "featured".
I agree. The full picture is important. As a person who used to work on Swarnima’s team let me tell you - you will be subject to an inquisition for every small mistake you make and the tone she takes is not great
Always become a partner and then go independent.

Adds to your credibility in the market.
Who’s KM? Give some more deets otherwise many won’t figure it out.
one appointed senior partner (funds) in the latest notification is the worst senior to work with
I can't advise you on the rest but as someone who's been in the same position before, do not base your self-worth on internships. This field has become oversaturated to the degree that it's virtually impossible to get one outside of the RCC/connections.
Also, what are the odds of an internship obtained through a contact getting converted to a PPO, basis purely the performance of the intern?
Hi, if anyone has any leads on Whatsapp Groups which facilitate finding flats and flatmates in Mumbai, please drop the group link here. Thank you!
April around. Dilemma to wait another year or so or in alternative plan to start my on litigation chamber. Please guide and discuss.
People jump ship actually for their own personal rrasons including WFH. [...] Second, prasad is someone i personally worked with and hes brilliant - more knowledgable than current partners. Truzt this helpz
I think the founder has typed the response - please check a few other threads so you can evaluate in your interest freely
Hello Archana thanks for taking time out to type such a long well thought out response. Really very helpful when founders give their view of what they think it is!
High churn at senior levels in a small firm isn’t exactly a branding issue—it’s usually a culture one. But hey, maybe a fresh logo fixes that.
Delhi hands down. SAM Delhi is also the main office as SAM is a firm based out of Delhi from the Amarchand Towers
SAM Mumbai is not hiring this year across practices. And SAM Mumbai GC is on a hiring freeze. Too much people and no one is leaving (I remember only one person who left last year)
Hearing that KM from CAM Cap Marks is on his way out? Any information? Curiosity will not kill this cat.
IF I get 100 upvotes on this, I will mail this question to all Shroffs (Shardul, Cyril, Pallvai, Vandana, Rishabh, Paridhi, Shweta).
There is an ▮▮▮ team at SAM Delhi. Apparently, the team ▮▮▮ members have been move to other teams. Same team had earlier merged with the TMT team of the firm. ▮▮▮?
Batting looks scary, but bowling seems equally weak. Heavy reliance on their top 4 batters.
This is a pretty serious issue. NLUJAA students must get the administration involved.
Simple ignore if you have any other option. They do not have any transactional work, especially in Delhi. Mostly, you will be writing articles or doing research.
If Bangalore would definitely recommend Triumvir Law. Solid work.
Bro, I'll call a spade a spade, you're old af to be living in such delusion. Aren't you married with kids by now?
You're a student, living off your parents, and in a bubble. You know nothing of the real world and how it works yet.
Idk why this is such a big deal, other firms have been paying much higher for few years now - Touchstone, S & R, TTA

Seems like Trilegal has finally 'caught up'
Yeah sure. Thats why they are on every major IP matter.
If i want to learn tax law, should I aim for law firms such as LKS, BMR etc. or litigation lawyers and standing counsels
Is it true that indirect tax teams hire more lawyers compared to direct and direct tax teams are CA dominated. Is it different at the litigation level?
hi , did you intern under Lall & Sethi in 2025 , if you did could you kindly let me know the procedure and criteria they hire ? I'm a 2nd year law student and want to intern under their office for the month of june 2026
So, in our infamous GNLU 2024 batch, there were a total of 38 PPOs and 30 Day-Z offers. Indirectly or indirectly I can confirm that 27 PPOs were purely contact based and 27 Day-Z offers were pre-decided even before Day-Z
Bhai MPs linkedin par poore din active rahenge, lekin message seen kar ke reply tak nahi denge after several follow-ups.
what if im from nmims lol. we've got almuni working in great places but dm'ing them on linkedin or something yields nothing
thanks for the reply. i guess incompetency is not common since most people are good at work its just getting an opportunity thats difficult
which smaller firms in mumbai, other than Rajani and Crawford Bayley, have good capital markets (equity) practices, and are they hiring for BO'27?
absolutely, if migrating is the goal, nursing is an excellent choice, Apollo has a training programme which fits your requirement
Can anyone spill the beans on River Law incentive pays.
At present, there are no such benefits . The statement of objects and reasons says that many people are misusing benefits but as per the govts own data barely a few thousand people have signed up under the act for even the ID card.
BUMP!, i am from.2028 batch, will be interning with the team in nov 2026. Any new insights on the same.....
Can someone shed light on the competition teams in Trilegal, they seem to be actively hiring, team GC/RS
Avoid there is one person in particular who everyone maintains their distance from. He has communication issues and makes everyone unhappy.
How many freshers who joined T1 (Bo 2025) have already resigned from T1 firms and why?
Yes I also wanteed to know, is anybody aware, people are commenting all sorts of useless things on other threads, and this thread posted 15 hours back has no reply yet, even though everyone wants to know the figure
That "mindless hiring" as you call it results in collabs and more mandates. You so called bigger platform egoistic dipshits wont understand this.
When is CAM announcing its associates’ promotions? Is it the only firm left to announce?
Tier 1 IP, campus batch. 1 increment lower than corporate.

Bonus is 80-100% as same as corporate
You'll get pretty good but would be better off with a transfer to Mumbai, considering it's a top-heavy firm managed from Mumbai. Stipend would be 10k pm for first and 15k pm for subsequent months.
Depends on the dynamic. Usually new partners just work in the same team as a glorified PA. Eventually after a couple of years they hire their own team.
We people are leaving regardless. Sick of the BS here.
They seem to be a big thing in IPR Litigation especially in the Delhi High Court.

The firm has a good number of big ticket matters.
Depends. But mostly these new partners continue their work under the senior partner so as such there is no change in team dynamics
ILTP in Bangalore and Delhi. Small team, high quality deals and great learning opportunity.
I am from the batch of 2028, and i will be doing my internship mostly at Jan 2027, so might get my first preference. So should i apply for delhi or mumbai then?
Its way too early to intern their rn. They mostly hire final years. Try getting the dates shifted to later in your fourth year. (I did intern there in my late third and it was dissapointing)
If your ultimate aim is to immigrate to a western country, then nursing is the easiest path for a middle class/lower middle class student.
Absolutely. NFSU will continue to do nothing in the domain of law, no matter if it is provided with an entire state's GDP.
Then why don't you start your own forum instead of spamming this one? With your own ecosystem, is a new forum too much to ask?
