While the team offers a strong mix of enforcement and merger-related work, the allocation of such work has increasingly become location-centric. At the same time, a minority section of resources has been carrying a disproportionately high workload, leaving little room for personal time. There is a clear need for prompt hiring, along with a broader internal recalibration to address these concerns.
Work also flows in silos — a handful of resources get assigned repeatedly while others sit largely free.
Bottom line: if you're a junior who can handle stress, this is a great place to be. If you're a mid-manager or above, run — you'll get crushed in the petty politics. ▮▮▮
