I'd suggest you take Maternity leave and take care of yourself first and start looking for a switch. This is definitely not normal.
Does someone remember the Meta boss lady and her sickening connections to the infamous Somaly Mam of Cambodia. Dig deeper. Epstein is just getting bad press (rightly) but what about these icons?
I guess this is quite common. My PA was working long and hectic hours 2 days before her delivery.
Broo please stop working. I mean it. Your job is not your life and you know it well that if you are a PA in a T1 then anybody will hire you.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN "FEEL REDUNDANT" WHEN HE IS GIVING YOU 24X7 WORK
An SA who had been on maternity and has been WFH thereafter was fired by my partner. She came along with her 4 month old daughter, but nothing availed.
Pls take rest! Health > toxic jobs and life of these T1 firms any day
Your partner appears to be an entitled man. Hope you get a better leader in your next job.
> Your partner appears to be an entitled man.

In my honest experience, women, especially those without kids, are meaner to other women in such case.
This reminds me of an ▮▮▮ law partner at ▮▮▮ who said 'No excuses. I was on my laptop when I was admitted to the hospital for delivering the baby' very proudly.
▮▮▮ would rather keep toxic people like her than to value its genuine people- ▮▮▮ doesn’t know the difference between real and fake
Is this an ▮▮▮ lawyer? At a ▮▮▮ firm
Going through it- escalated it internally. If need be - at the risk of my job - will escalate it within BCD/SILF/writ!
This is harmful not only for you but for your baby, please stop doing this
Brother, you're a PA at T1. At this point you have enough social capital, goodwill and fallback options to pushback against nonsense. If you don't stand up for yourself, who will?
I take a differing view. You can take this to the Bar Council. The behaviour amounts to professional misconduct and the lawyer concerned can be proceeded against.
The firm needs to take a strong stand against this partner.▮▮▮? This is when he should offer maximum support and yet, his behaviour is anything but that.
put about partner and firm on linkedin. complaint to NCW. Further authorities under Maternity Benefit Act
Truly unfortunate state of events at this firm. If the firm and its HR dont stand by you in such times, what else is left to work for. Why slave night and day for them? Why bother fighting in such a miserable place when there are other, better places?
Bravo girl 👏🏻

That’s so brave of you. So proud of you for doing this 🙌🏻
Did SILF or even the head of the firm help? Or was it shot down by the big boss?
No updates on this? Did these two smoke the peace pipe?
