Anyone who have interned there please share your experience, how much do they offer to associate?
And stipend to interns ?
A third generation lawyer from GLC is laughing in the corner.
Which AI should one subscribe to as an independent litigation practitioner in Delhi? For eg. Legora / Jurisphere / Bharat.Law etc. I know a lot of people have been suggesting Claude but I found it rather expensive and complicated.

TIA
> Meanwhile Skadden with a similar number of lawyers have a net revenue of over 3 billion USD per year which is above 25000 crore INR. Lol how behind are we?

But can Skadden lawyers have Vada pav for INR 20?
Iโ€™m about to complete my third year and I have one internship offer from AMLEGALS Ahmedabad and one interview scheduled for Quilon Partners. Iโ€™m confused as to which one to take up. Anyone with prior relevant knowledge who can help me with the same?
Hi everyone, Iโ€™m looking for recommendations for boutique law firms in Delhi that provide in-depth, hands-on exposure to corporate lawโ€”particularly in areas like transactional drafting, contract negotiation, and compliance. Any suggestions would be really helpful!
At an NLU student can tell the difference b/w a Central/State/Deemed University!!!

Do not compare, chill!
This is comparing one university with another. As simple as that - no apples, no oranges. Have you ever asked the question, why is NLS not even within the NIRF Top 50 as a university in India? โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ
Hiring freeze even after the demerger and the subsequent acquisition of Burgeon Law? I thought they were all signs of an expansion?
The assessment internship allocations for batch of 2027 is going on. They have significantly recruited for 2026 passing out batch last year itself so there is no further intake there. So depends which batch are you in.
FYI.

Four female associates have quit in the past 1 and a half years.

These are just the stats.
Wait till the last date mentioned, sometimes they roll out on the last day only.
Any competition lawyer worth his salt knows Yaman & Ritwik are by far the smartest competition lawyers.
That toh Sudhir keeps a pet hamster in his house called Law School.
Same as title. Isn't it high time that the official notification is released? What's happening this time around?
From what I know, yes. Which may also be why no one is responding, because there's a good chance of knowing who it is.

โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ. Although, AB's inevestigations are aweosme to work with
Comparing Apples to Oranges. We will go there as well, when IISC starts a law degree.
A few years ago, even NLUO had a black Chitkabra dog named Nalsar.
gUYS UPDATE ON SCLR exam? huge variations in marks when compared to the official scorecard. do you think they will take action against it before choosing of preferences???
We miss him at AZB. Haters are gonna hate, but he has a solid fan following at AZB. What you see is what you get guy + supremely intelligent.
Rockstar maybe but not in arbitration for sure. She has more NCLT matters no? Doing a lot of arbitration speaking engagements though. Dekthe hain. Tejas continues to be missed at the firm.
Did people start receiving mails for summer internship confirmation from LKS?
Pay your bills 3 years in with 14LPA, you will realise how "substantial" it is
Lol you left your email hoping ppl will reach out to you for something you need? Delulu express
Do not waste your time with a Big4, their quality of work is subpar. Law firms are a better option.
1600/145 equity partners makes it about 11 crore per EP, cost of running a team would be 2-3 crore, so rest goes to equity partners? If these figures are accurate it's close to Latham's recent PEP figures
wont recommend, there has been enough written about them here!
The insurance work is mundane indeed, they hardly have a book or any good work.

PS - do your own diligence before joining!
Not the best workplace, especially for freshers.

The people running are all self-claimed partners, not knowing jack!
This is unsustainable, which is why no team member has stuck around. The bias is so evident that people would rather leave than discuss it.

Even when people want to discuss it, their voices never reach managementโ€™s ears.
Not LLM. NLUD LLM is better since it has Collab with WIPO. Even NALSAR LLM is better
These so called three partners should collaborate effectively rather than merely acting as a team.
wonderful partner, very steep learning curve, should join if there are opportunities.
Great firm, pay and culture. You may need to be on your toes all the time due to long working hours, especially if in corporate / RE practice. Good firm overall.
Hi, I'm considering applying for the TMT team at ADP Law Offices started by Ameet Datta about over a year ago. There seems to be very little info on the firm's practice and the work environment, need reviews for the payscale and work culture at ADP.
They have a hiring freeze, please don't waste your time, learnt it the hard way
If being just better than HNLU counts as something then, Yeah..
+ 1 for Batch'27 at my college (top 3), PPOs are in single digits despite it almost being May. Hopefully day zero pulls through.
Not worth it. There is a high chance you won't even bag a job after all that they put you through.
i am looking for adjucicating auority case law from the appelleant tribunal c

ase laws
LOL. Shy and introverted guys become chads overnight if they get a good PPO or win an international moot. The girls then flock to them and they also get a makeover in terms of looks and clothes. ๐Ÿ˜„

My advice: focus on your grades. The rest will come
What made you think to switch from IDT to arbitration ? Because IDT is very lucrative in terms of independent practice
Unfortunately, tier-1 firms nowadays just keep hiring tier-3/4 graduates because the odds of such people ever leaving are significantly lower than a tier-1 NLU grad.
Life is better. But have heard they fired some people from the legal department. Just check on that.
The partners like deducting salaries unnecessarily !

PS - i work here and it is true!!
It is a toxic workplace for anyone to work at!!!!!

PS - former curiam legal associate
Oh maybe the law firms started posting their pay structure on website. My bad I didnโ€™t know
She is the absolute best! Highest quality work, extremely hard working team, great clients, v good mix of arbitration and court work. One of the few partners who does interesting international arbitration work. also a fun team. Hours can be long.
Hello, anyone who recently did CAM CB (Nov-March) (2027 batch) receive any update on PPO interview? Have they been scheduled yet?
No bro - people end up working in the same firms so donโ€™t get disheartened if you didnโ€™t make it to NLS. Reality is equally humbling for everyone once you enter the gates of hell or so called t-1 firms.
Gc salaries are well known, but who are the paymasters in delhi? Also, which team gets better paid e.g. ip, commercial, competition etc.?
If S&R is the gold standard in capital markets, why doeant it ever score such blockbuster IPO mandates? Is it to do with this not being the most lucrative, complex or meaningful kind of work in this practice area? Too many players? Price wars?
A recruiter was pushing me to apply for roles in J.P. Morgan legal team, any idea what they do ?
Its a great team to be in - decent work, good hours and decent pay and most importantly not โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ
The person you want to bring back shouted at the ECSBA when the point of reshuffling of faculty coordinators for committees was raised. Koi doodh ka dhula nahi hai yaha
it was my dream place for an internship but I wasn't able to get one. oh well
if you can sustain yourself with very low pay or without even that for a while maybe intern instead in your field of interest. this is if you're desperate and do not want a gap in your CV
