1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Now, months after graduation, professional experience has become the deciding factor, and I find myself stuck in the same uncertainty and darkness I experienced during law school. People often advised me to choose a safer and broader practice area like corporate law, but after facing constant rejection and, more often, complete silence, I have lost much of my confidence. I honestly do not know whether I still have the ability to switch fields at this stage.
What makes it harder is that my mind keeps telling me: if I could not secure an opportunity even after giving my all to the one field I was deeply committed to, how will I survive in an even more competitive practice area? My father has also asked me not to consider pursuing an LLM or MBA. Right now, I genuinely do not know what path is left for me. I feel exhausted, emotionally drained, and numb all at once.
