Team does not treat the interns well. Everyone gets in the team through connections or lateral hiring.
Automatic promotions till SA and then no growth. She actively creates hostile situation for counsels to make them leave or just does not promote to partner.
Team is otherwise nice except for this one SA (lateral hire) who is known to be horrible throughout the firm.
Amount of work is usually low but, the team operates weirdly with multiple level reviews which tends to create an artificial environment of having more work.
Overall, do not choose this team if you want to learn, or have some growth in your career.
