Assuming here that one inherits 2 crores from parents (bank balance, jewellery etc) + a house. If you have this much, can you retire with 6 cr saving in 2035, at age 40 (i.e. 8 cr in all) and lead a comfortable life till age 80? Or will you need more, with inflation?
Obviously asking this as I find work stressful :(

Also pls just answer whether I can register in Navi Mumbai district court without transferring my enrollment or not?
Its not worth the hassle for me to transfer my enrollment, and make a trip to Delhi just for this.
TIA.
What happened today is an attack on the very soul of India. It is clear that Darshan Hiranandani was pressured.
Moreover it is to shut other NLUs up who have 3 threads a day comparing mediocre placements whilst shitting on GLC.
Crowd is irrelevant because there is hardly any college life. In GLC there is no one to blame, failure to land a job is completely ones fault. And trust me not landing a job after spending so much in sls feels more terrible compared to GLC.
Slsp is a great college but it isn't as rosy as you think and GLC isn't as bad as you think.

If possible , pls help and reply on mail seriouspen@mail.com
Anyways, no it's just a small bump - don't make it a big obstacle through your mind.
Also, for heaven's sake, pl don't take guidance from LI community where all of us are anonymous. Rather, approach a mature / established lawyer on whom you can trust and seek guidance.
All the best! :D
This is like children earning lacs and crores, while the mother is forced to work as a housemaid to make ends meet and stay afloat.
2. Chir Amrit Legal LLP
Lamborghini and Patek Phillipe are both results of multi-year research and innovation, tried and tested in advanced labs before being launched in the market. Can't say the same about NLSIU. As a state NLU, it is very easy to put down NLS. Welcome to the real world.
it shouldnt take long for the HR to get back to you. depends on the day you've sent but should not ideally be longer than 1-2 day period. if it takes longer, take a follow up
How much you think would be a good score for T1.

Then again the domicile cut-offs have a higher probability of fluctuating and the number of candidates that re-appear from a T-2 NLU also contributes to an inflated cut-offs since many a times they do not find the opportunity cost of leaving their current NLU for GNLU/NLIU not really worth it.
I hope you get in though :)
Don’t join if you want to learn and grow
Not trying to brag, but I did come across a shit ton of students who were barely able to cross 80 in 2023 even after years of coaching...some even called me undeserving...i mean i don't think so
Although I do want to expose my partner v badly.
Unfortunately, there were these so called mid level who had a personal dislike with me and ensured that my life would be a living hell over there. The partners didn't support me and I was targeted and fired. I was fired on grounds of mental health i.e. put in a position that I could take long mental health leave (unpaid) or resign at that time.
There's much more that I can't reveal here but you get the idea that it was a conspiracy to get me to quit. I was humiliated, tortured and picked on everyday.
The whole incidence is a huge trauma for me. I am in deep, deep pain. It caused me immense agony and I am left feeling deeply hurt. I'm not sure what I did to deserve this. I don't know what was so bad in me that this happened.
Is there no justice? Are there no consequences? Can people in these firms actually get away with doing anything to anyone at any time? These are rainmaking partners earning 4-6cr p.a. it's fine if they didn't want me, they could have just asked me to quit. Why did they not deal with this in aore mature and sensitive way?
I used to love law and now I'm questioning if i even want to pursue anymore since I have clearly failed.
What is my future? Have I failed forever?
If you are not then there is not much of a difference between both.
I agree the placements have been disheartening and there is maladministration no doubt. However, correlation is not causation. There was maladministration last year and before that but still NLUO saw decent placement numbers. The reason for the placement scene is the current job market, not maladministration. NLUO peeps have never got jobs bcoz of admin's "supportive attitude" but out of their hard work.

My productivity increased drastically after I reduced sexual activities from daily to weekly and stopped using social media
They have a very bad clientele- and the partners themselves are horrible to work with! Won't suggest anyone to go there!
I'm here having a panic attack that I'll be tracked down.

The focus now shifts to the CBI enquiry. Who will be questioned? Even if one accepts Darshan Hiranandani, Shardul Shroff, Pallavi Shroff and Pinaki Misra not being questioned by the Ethics Committee, all of them must be questioned by the CBI in the interests of a fair, comprehensive and judicially sustainable enquiry.
The seniors aren’t nice to work with either.
Ek hi notification kafi hai MCA ka, to abolish entire profession, past me ek baar try hua tha tab sare members and students raste par nikal pade the.

In Delhi - PFC,SCI etc.
Speaking for Mumbai market.
Thank you!
as it is, with the non domicile system we have currently, around 50% of students are from rajasthan, so domicile would really not change anything as the number is already above the required 20% domicile
also, NUJS doesn't really have a campus
