They took us out to some shabby "child rights" NGO where we were shown a mostly nonsensical presentation. No real interaction with anyone. Followed by a 20 marks theoretical class test on the same.
Ha ha, LOL. Same story everywhere. At my NLU they took us to some crap trial court in a semi-rural area and asked us to report on the cases. We made up cases and got good marks. Complete joke.
So what did you expect to be done? That they add you to the trials as observers? You were asked to report and it was you who made up cases and boast about it here. That's on you buddy, not the course.
The classism and entitlement of "low-level officers" and "shabby...NGO". They are trying to show you how most of this country experiences the law. If you are the 1% you should have just gone to a private law school without land grants and public subsidies.
Agreed. On the point of fee; the likes of NLS are already charging close to 4 lakhs annually and I don't think that's less.
no man, its quite less. You need to charge jindal levels to make it meaningful
basically you are complaining that these guys tried to make universities when they should have put up skill training schools. got it.
Tell me you are a law student without telling me you are a law student.
Call them Commies. Dont be shy. They are what they are....freeloaders
@OP: please explain to us centre-right economic ideology in the context of India, the practical bits not theory
NLS has two compulsory courses on corporate law in its 5 year programme. The rant doesn’t apply.
too less for what? corporate law is not that complicated! there are any number of electives you can take but yall have no sense of balance.
My brother that is limited to your college only. In my college 90% of the batch goes in litigation, does that mean corp should not be teached?
