Case 1: Boxing against women despite having XY chromosomes and being banned by the IBA β- no problem, as we are woke.
Case 2: Swimming to win medals despite testing positive for drugs (Chinese swimmers case) β- no problem, as China is our master.
Case 3: Wrestler weighing 150 gms more that the limit in a wrestling match (literally the weight of a Dairy Milk chocolate bar)β- disqualified.
WTF is this???? An absolute travesty of justice!!! Canβt India do something about it? Like appealing to the Court of Arbitration in Switzerland???
In my passport, I am y x z
Bank account states, I am y x z

I was born in Hyderabad before the state split and currently reside in Maharashtra. I would like to completely drop my middle name y but do not know what to do. I just know all of this is going to be a tedious process. Help! I need to submit job applications soon.
It's CAs' area of practice. We lawyers don't consider it as legal practice in true sense.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Are these also trash? But please, let's be haters
Problem is I have 0 practical knowledge and no idea how to convert this opportunity.
Any pointers on how I should prepare and what I should learn in order to convert this internship opportunity??
As with everything at AZB, the firm shuns structure and process, but in a good way. Do well at your internships, make sure to work with one of the four corporate partners there and let them know you want a job there.
Gnlu trolls will give away their life to convince you that it is better than nluj, but my recommendation would be to get in touch with actual law students, and I can assure you no one would place gnlu over nluj.
Do you guys think it is worth it? As I don't wanna spend 50K if it's sh*t.
More than half the batch is placed.
I feel itβs the most shittiest choice that I have made then

Even though the Brochure did not contain any refund clause, the person said you are a law student you should have read the doc lol.
Very bad experience. Lost 7k
If Indian universities do not attract you, look a little closer. Think of NUS. Think of other European countries, which are more in need of human resource, and therefore have more sustainable prgrams.

Does labour and employment practice have good scope to go abroad?? Like if I work here for 2-4 years in a T1 firm and then go abroad, will there be scope after masters? Happy to hear all thoughts
(Also please consider the job market ~batch 2024)
But that doesnβt solve the problem- the real problem is time management, working under pressure, working in toxic teams, getting very less direction or feedback about your deliverable. These are the reasons why people canβt perform or they quit.
Sure we can talk about - transitioning from intern mentality to associate level mentality, but tbh, lot of the things are picked up only after you have started working and know how transactions are done. So no point bashing kids who are just out of college, that they canβt grasp certain things.
If you think about it, the political unrest is not scattered. It is generally located in places near/bordering China, and usually there have been communities [both large (Kukis) and small (Bangladesh Christians)] parts of it.
Also India's silence with such events also seems eary.
Now comes the speculation part. China has become a very explicit competitor of the global north (USA and Europe) in the past 2 decades. The weirdly coincidental events of 'The Resolve Tibet Act' of US, Bangladesh protests and political unrest in Myanmar are what I think the action of the northern deep state. What the west would want to achieve is to either weaken China (due to its communist nature and it being a competitor of the west and getting closer with Russia) and/or to establish a base in south east Asian.
Here is what I think what would happen -
1) political instability grows in manipur and Bangladesh and surrounding regions, which eventually leads to the demand of a christian majority country/communality by taking parts of Burma and Bangladesh. This would help establish the west in south east asia.
2) the west continues pushing its anti-china agenda, which either leads to a full wagered war (in the distant future) or leads to internal collapse of China.
A counter question one should ask is, why did the west not apply the same strategy it did years ago of waging war between China and India? There are two reasons for it 1) Christianity and Abrahamic religions in generally are sustained by political power unlike asian religions (Hinduism, Buddhism..) which are simply a way of life and hence lack aggression. Islam is out of question because it has generally been anti-west.
2) India has regulated the NGO donations via FCRA, 2010, which was one of the primary source of bringing politically motivated foreign contribution. Therefore there has been in general terms a certain calmness here for the past decade here.
What does this board do? Is it notional or real?
Stop being embarassing and go back to attending your online class, 2nd year student or whatever you are.

No burkas, no veiling, quite freely, quite obviously living as a man. Wearing a groin guard- make of that what you will. Semenya was living this way too- after winning in the rio olympics in the womens 800 mtr race he went on to father children and live quite happily as a male. Because thats who these people are- theyre males.
Imanes birth certificate is dated 2018. He is 25 years old- why is his birth certificate 6 years old? exactly the time he began competing in womens sports? Surely babies and their parents are given birth certificates in the immediate aftermath of birth? Why did Imanes take 19 years? How could this happen without the government of algeria being in on it?
Could it be because "African coaches began deliberately scouting for DSD males to train for high-level female competition, since after 2000 they even had a shot at Olympic gold" as stated in this times london article: https://www.thetimes.com/comment/columnists/article/a-simple-cheek-swab-can-protect-female-boxers-0fkdgv6st
Moving away from DSDs and Imanes case specifically- on transgenderism and religion, I would reexamine your priors. Did you know that the country where the second most gender reassignment surgeries in the world happen is--- iran? yes fundamentalist muslim iran. (https://kapital-noviny.sk/islamic-republic-of-iran-the-unlikely-sex-change-capital/#:~:text=Second%20only%20to%20Thailand%2C%20the,with%20270%20successful%20surgeries%20annually.) Thats because they dont allow homosexual relationships in iran and so if you are gay and in a relationship- one of you would have to get the surgery to remain in the relationship. The idea that there are progressive secular countries are pro trans and pro gender identity and regressive or religious countries are anti trans is complete bunkum. Its too simplistic by half and doesnt query the fundamental homophobia at the core of the transgender ideology that states that your sex is unimportant, what is important is your inner essence, so an effeminate gay man would have an inner essence of a woman and would need to change his body to mimic that of women.
Theres a similar belief in gender being attached to a soul that is religious in nature, and a similar use of modern technology to put the world in "correct" order rather than accepting gender non conforming people of all sexes to be as they are. Homophobia and gender identity beliefs go quite far back. Look up what the cotton ceiling is- its the idea that lesbians are transphobic and bigoted for being attracted only to other women and that trans women ( males) are unfairly excluded in lesbian spaces because of their male bodies ( which the canon holds shouldnt matter. The cotton ceiling here refers to the lesbians underwear which is a barrier trans women (males) would see as a barrier to their acceptance. The fundamental idea is that lesbians must reframe their sexuality include male bodies if gender identity is to matter more than sex.
Lastly, algeria and other islamic countries and african countries do live in 2024, they dont live in some ignorant idyllic past where people didnt know what sex was. When your "daughter" doesnt menstruate at the age of puberty and his balls drop instead and he goes through a male puberty, any person knows that there was a disorder of sex development at birth and the adolescent is actually male. Even poor religious people know the difference between males and females, animals know the difference between male and female- thats how they reproduce. The idea that Imane lived her whole life as female and everyone around her always thought she was female until Angela Carini cried in the ring is total nonsense. He knew he was male, he was tested and given test results by the IBA, he knew he was male as he started to go through male puberty. His parents knew, his coaches knew and the government of algeria certainly knew. They have tried to suppress that information through falsifying documents. To argue that brown muslims dont know male from female is honestly- racist and eurocentric.
And what about the work culture, work life balance, wfh policy, etc?
Additionally, I have heard that AZB doesn't truly have a team structure. So, in terms of PPOs and hiring, can someone please tell me which Partners interns should seek work from more to increase their likelihood of securing PPOs?
Please help - Any advise is truly appreciated. Thanks!!!!
2. Please stop speaking about matters regarding which, it is clear, you know nothing. As somebody who has lived in the UK for the past three years, I can tell you that this portrayal of it is exagerated at best, malicious at worst. From the language of your comment, I would go for malicious.
Second, all minority ethnic peoples in the UK (and I mean all) are victims of this. We never used to make these distinctions before, and the fact that this has become a thing is disturbing and dangerous.
