Additionally, I have heard that AZB doesn't truly have a team structure. So, in terms of PPOs and hiring, can someone please tell me which Partners interns should seek work from more to increase their likelihood of securing PPOs?

As with everything at AZB, the firm shuns structure and process, but in a good way. Do well at your internships, make sure to work with one of the four corporate partners there and let them know you want a job there.
