My father went to meet a senior advocate. Very nice man. Always welcomed him, chatted with him, gave him advice on life, politics, always ordered tasty food to eat. But, as soon as he got the whiff, that you are trying to get some LEGAL ADVICE for free, or trying to discuss a case, he would sternly and specifically tell anyone - whether it is my father or even the closest blood relative - "Please pay my fees and seek appointment with my secretary and we can discuss it in detail."
Yahi yaha ho raha hai. Legal advice chahiye, chamber aaiye aur paisa dijiye, free me sirf humari shubhkamnae available hai.

Thank you!
Reservation is increasing casteism among students as far I have seen and people who have good socio economic conditions are availing reservations while the same general student who is not having good social economic status telling behind
All intellectual students who promote reservation will be first one to leave india as I have seen rich students from jindal ams ashoka asking for reservation in private
No wonder Trilegal is offering higher pay for counsels & partners since its partner strength is only around ~120. More profits to distribute per partner for Trilegal
Employment is an issue for them as well
And yes, poor is coming out of poverty
That is the way
because it shows how many people have been brainwashed to think that reservation in private sector is sustainable or good
Dude, the economy will tank. Look at every country that has reservation in the private sector. Entire economies tanked everytime in history this was done.
The rich and talented will just find another country, you will be left in shit if you need reservation in pvt sector to find work
Redistribution works only if there is enough value produced, and systems that ignore merit does not produce much that can be redistributed
Even resource rich countries like venezuela and aouth africa failed to pull it off, India stands zero chance of surviving private sector caste quotas
You have a job, you are doing well in capitalist India, you have a future. Don't screw it up.

For me, the first line of the report is very interesting: โCompeting caste aspiration, a likely theme in the forthcoming elections, has filtered into new precincts.โ
โNew precinctsโ because private universities have never seen left-wing student agitations like this, especially focused on caste. So could we now expect private law schools like JGLS, symbiosis, Bennett, BITS, NMIMS etc also witnessing such agitations?
In reality NUJS, GNLU and even Nalsar and NLU Delhi are in danger of losing all Tier 1 jobs to NLS Bangalore with their increased class size.
Look at your faculty, alumni and all other aspects. No NLU is anywhere close to NLS Bangalore and there is absolutely no chance of any NLU to beat it for next 25 years.
Tier 1 jobs are very very limited and they will go in bulk to NLS Bangalore once their 300 student batch graduates in 2028, and to Jindal (believe it or not 44 got CAM in 2023 graduating batch alone, Jindal students secured max number of T1/T2 jobs for 2023 batch, irrespective of batch size).
Nalsar, NLUD, NUJS, NLUJ, NLIU and GNLU are only NLUs where students will get campus placements in T1/T2 law firms other than NLS & Jindal. All others will give LLB degrees but no good law firm jobs.
Do yโall want some prize to litigate? Are your clients not giving you enough validation? Idiots
Is this why NLS hosts only one moot?
I know students who would never get into IIT, got into IIT Dhanbad on SC reservation, and now preparing for other govt. exams to again use SC reservation. If an IIT degree cannot uplift you, I do not understand what can. Now people will come here, cry - you have oppressed for 1000y (yes, like my ancestors were ruling Delhi from the last 1000y and I personally sat and oppressed your lot), this is our right etc. The problem is still not this.
The problem is when you talk to them they criticize the govt. as in -"Why isn't the govt. bringing more vacancies, why there is any privatisation, the govt should help us more, this is our right and no one can take it from us."
This is the problem. Haath pe haath daal ke baith jaate hai ki Sarkar hi mere liye kuch karegi, sarkar scheme laegi, and this is my bloody right. They continue preparing for govt. exams on a loop. This fear of competition, fear of learning new skills (abe Data analytics ka course free me hai YouTube pe, porn dekhne ke liye internet hai, data science ke liye I am backward from 1000y), and fear of entering the market to compete with global forces, A.I. and everything is too much in them.
This so much reliance on the Govt. and govt. subsidies and schemes and this belief that is my right because I have population numbers is wrong. If an IIT degree cannot help them, I don't think anything else can.

I will tell you guys a Tamil argument against the imposition of Hindi. It's good and counters all this - Representation, our population is more, hence we need more seats debate. A Tamil Professor said, if the only reason why Hindi should be the National Language of India is because Hindi has the highest number of speakers, then by that logic, Indian STREET DOG should become India's National animal (because we all have seen the dog and it has more numbers than Bengal tiger) and CROW should become India's National Bird (because many might have not seen peacock, but, we all have seen the Crow).
Everyone marries/dates overwhelmingly in their caste. Caste endogamous marriage is not discrimination. Bheem boys never get it, they never understand individual choices.
I am UC gay guy i only prefer dating baniya, kayastha, and khatri not brahmin, thakur, yadav, jaat or any other caste. So am i casteist, no definitely no. I have shared history with these castes i will obviously prefer dating them. There's nothing more to it. No one is obligated to marry/date you. 95 percent of Indians marries in their own caste including OBC(landlord caste included)
Rest of the other discrimination, tell me how does quota solve it ?? Also OBC were never discriminated, basis of giving them reservation is different. Plus OBC reservation is sham, only SC/ST reservation is justified that too with subcategorization and creamy layer like obc.
Spice route rejected.
JSA unconfirmed.
ATB for the journey ahead!
How much do they pay their associates anyway? Last time I heard they were paying 15.6 to freshers.
What's the probability of getting placed or securing ppo, in short you will not remain unemployed after graduation.
1. Work-life balance.
2. Deadlines.
3. Mood of Partner/Big Boss.
4. Behaviour of colleagues, juniors, and seniors.
5. Competency of colleagues, juniors, or seniors (i.e., dumb, lazy, then 0, if extremely competent, then 10).
6. Overall mental and emotional health.
7. Physical health (i.e., if you have gained a lot of weight, then 0, if you are fit, then 10).
I have kept the toxicity benchmark 5 points below the mean, ergo, in total 7 parameters, i.e., 70 points, mean is 35, hence, if your team scores above 30, it is not toxic. Below 30, it is.
So, mention and rate your team according to these factors.
Feel free to add more factors. Keep the toxicity red line -5 from the mean, i.e., if you add 3 extra factors, then total points become 100. Hence, 50 will be mean, so 45 or above will be non-toxic.
Below it, it's toxic.
Lol
All ashoka, jindal university students should start travelling around in ground to know realities. People are not dumb enough to vote a guy who after losing elections goes to foreign trips and then comes back to give freebies more than centre
But unfortunately they continue to receive reservation. Do you really think it's fair to continue receiving reservations even after eliminating the supposed headstart that the GCs had?
Understand the transaction - share issuance / sale / asset sale / business transfer? what are the restrictions / requirements for each.
MOA and its contents, AOA and its contents, Table F.
Corporate actions - BM and A/EGM and how they are convened.
Minutes of BM and A/EGM - how to read them for corporate actions.
Requirements for corporate actions - pref allotments, rights issues, private placements, etc.
Necessary ROC filings
RPTs and compliance
Applicable FEMA regulations for issue of equity and debt securities.
Then you just follow whatever format your firm uses for the chapter. Your knowledge should make you format agnostic - issue spotting is the skill you should strive for, which is why it is not "learning to prepare the corporate chapter", and is being able to diligence the company's corporate books and records.

2024's placement season was bad throughout the NLUs, but if you look at the numbers NLUJ has by no means underperformed
And they will surely win, because they did not engage in violence or hate speech. They merely expressed a far-left view. You may disagree with communist and far-left ideology, but you can't punish such speech.
How much does KCO pay to their associates, SAs, PAs etc??
Letโs start with this parameter first and then define who is good and who is bad.
No dude we aren't, you do this stupid stuff and it just tick the check boxes of the stereotypical activities and even the boxes of being chapri. This is the truth and many of you will not like this comment.
You want respect, show the mannerism and etiquettes which help you to get it.
2) (In a jokey mood) You look like my dog!
3) I hope a doctor as as negligent as you are, while he's operating on you. I truly wish that for you - (with respect to a draft)
4) You're not bad, you're shit and you don't deserve to be employed anywhere. (This is my genuine feedback to you).
5) Getting cigarettes, coffee and one time even picking up his chicken bones.
6) Pisses behind me without closing the door
7) Screams at me all the time so that the entire floor can hear.
To be honest - the list goes on. He doesn't even pay me well.
I've applied to places and I'm waiting for someone to get back :) Finally.
Maybe I'm writing this out of spite because I'm truly hurt and really sick of the anxiety this job has caused me. I am also really hurt because I'm unable to find my confidence again.
I pray that hopefully, a few months later - I look at this post and feel good to have walked out from there.
I'm sure there are other toxic places, maybe worse places - I truly hope to get into a fairly better firm to recoup from here.
All statistics clearly indicate that the poor are becoming poorer in the country and the rich are becoming richer. One study says that the divide between rich and poor is worse than what it was during the colonial times. top 10% has more wealth than half the population, more than 22lakh people have gone below the poverty line after 2014, we have the highest number of malnourished children in the world (we have surpassed Africa), our per capita income is worse than Bangladesh, we're in the lowest ranking in the hunger index.
Maybe you should come out of your bubble sometimes and face the reality.
