Should not there be a law college which is totally under governmnet?

It is unfortunate that government of india have not taken any step to open law colleges which are totally under govt. of india.(like IITs n NITs in engineering).National Law Schools charge a bomb in lieu of providing you the ‘National Law school’ tag.A student belonging to the lower strata of the society can only dream of joining these institutions. Some of the national law colleges go to the extend of charging a sum of one lakh sixty thousand per annum which is beyond the reach of AAM ADMI.National law colleges were established with the intent to raise the standards of litigation in India. But the fresh graduate opt to work in law firms and coporate company. The reasons behind this is clear. After paying a whopping sum of around 8 Lac rupees on the graduate level why would a student opt for practicing in the courts where your career prospects are very uncertain? If they opt for court practice(where they willl earn a maximum of 5000 at the start) will they be able to repay the bank loan which was borrowed to fund their legal education? And more importantly will there parents support them financially after paying a huge amount of 8 lakhs. Why cant the government of india establish law college which are totally under them??At least then the fees of law college will come down and needy people will opt litigation as their choice.
