Majmudar & Partners equity partner and infrastructure and projects practice head Prashanth Sabeshan left the firm today to join AZB & Partners as a partner next week.

Majmudar & Co has rebranded as Majmudar & Partners after promoting February lateral hire Prashanth Sabeshan into its equity partnership, which now stands at six partners.

Former Amarchand Mangaldas partner and Norton Rose of counsel Prashanth Sabeshan has joined Majmudar & Co as partner in the Bangalore office today.
