Five-year old Delhi-based dispute resolution boutique PSP Legal has branched out into corporate practice and opened an office in Gurgaon this week, having added former Clifford Chance Business Services senior manager Rajul Shrivastava as associate partner to head the new office and practice.

Argus Partners merged with Mumbai firm P&P Legal, adding its founding partner Prakash Panjabi as an equity partner and Panjabi’s son and the other P&P Legal partner Pritish Panjabi as a partner in its Mumbai office.
